This was the most satisfying stay I've had in Pu'er! The service was excellent! I noted that I was pregnant, and they arranged a non-smoking room for me. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful! They even gave us complimentary fruits and snacks for checking in during the New Year. Free parking was super convenient, and it's very close to the scenic spots.

You can easily walk to shopping malls and the main shopping street. The night market is also nearby. This was my first time staying at an Ibis hotel, and this one is super close to the airport – within walking distance, actually. They also offer shuttle services, and someone even called me the day before to ask if I needed a pick-up, which was a nice touch. Overall, the service here is excellent; every staff member greets you warmly. The hotel environment is great too, with smart toilets and a mattress that's just the right firmness. Even with my bad back, I slept perfectly fine. There's also a gym and a laundry room upstairs. I have to mention the breakfast – it's really plentiful, with freshly made rice noodles or rice cakes. I tried the local specialty peanut rice cakes, and they were quite tasty!
