Wild Cottages Elephant Sanctuary Resort

The elephants were adorable, and the hotel's facilities and aesthetics were perfect. However, the service at the front desk and in the restaurant could be improved.

I absolutely loved this resort. I stayed there for three days. The room was spacious and well-lit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, they gave me a detailed introduction to the room's amenities. The pool was clean, about 1.4 meters deep, and had stairs. You can also use the app to get information about the resort. You can feed the elephants watermelons for free from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM daily. The staff was very friendly and would constantly cut watermelons for guests. If you had time, you could even chat with the staff and get to know the three elephants. The elephants are happy to eat, walk, play in the water, and sleep. Even when they're not feeding, you can still see them in your room. In the morning, they'll call out to wake you up. Small insects occasionally appeared in the room, and mosquito repellent was provided for you to spray. Overall, I didn't want to leave this resort.

This is a newly opened hotel. There aren't many Koreans around, and most of the guests are European. The restaurant is a bit hot, but the elephant sanctuary was a special experience!

It was a great view and great service.

The extra bed for the child was 1,000 baht, and they only gave me a mat. The hotel breakfast was 700 baht, and there was nothing to eat. Except for the bad location, the hotel scenery is still very good! But there are only three elephants
