The hotel itself is lovely, but I recommend visiting it first when you arrive. Otherwise, the elephants won't impress you as much after seeing so many of them there. 🤣

This was an incredible experience from check-in to check out. Our only regret was not staying here longer! The restaurant for dinner was lively and the cocktails were great. Great fire show! The fact that we could see and hear the elephants from our room was a remarkable experience. The floating breakfast In the room was cute.

Out of this world! Words cannot express how amazing my stay was, each and every detail was so well thought out, absolutely beautiful in every possible way. The staff, the food, the drinks, the setting, the feeding of the elephants, the extras and more extras, the special touches-the surprises, I could go on and on!! I feel like I’ve had the most magical stay and cannot wait to go back next year. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel so special every moment of every day!

We did have a lovely stay in this hotel. The whole experience was positive overall however it felt like there was an excess price for everything. It didn't feel very authentic to Thailand which was a shame.

Wonderful hotel! We really enjoyed everything; you feel a true connection with nature here. They have various entertainment activities scheduled at the hotel. There are many thoughtful little touches in the villa. We tried the local restaurant's cuisine and liked it, though the prices were above average. Thank you, I will recommend it!

Everything was wonderful, from breakfast to lunch, the pool, and the room. We simply loved it. We will definitely come back. The activities, like feeding the elephants, were also special. I'd especially like to highlight the fantastic kitchen and the brilliant food offered here. I look forward to being a guest again.

This is arguably the best hotel on Koh Samui. The rooms and staff provide a 5* experience and the ability to watch the elephants from your balcony or the pool area is just surreal. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, both for couples and families, a truly magical experience.

Overall, it was a good day and the service was nice. The only thing is that the room didn't have a phone, which made communication a bit inconvenient.
