這家酒店是非常差的不可以用信用卡按金，酒店裡面有蟲還有一股很臭的味道.游泳池很小酒店一點點都不人性化，都是蚊蟲設計很差，風水不好，老闆是法國人一對夫妻非常鄙視華人，這是我住過最差的酒店，避雷.

十分喜歡這間度假屋，我一共住了三天，房間很大，燈光足夠，職員非常親切，check in時會仔細介紹房間的設施，泳池水乾淨，約1.4米深有樓梯級，還可以用應用程式了解度假村的資訊，每天8:30-9:30和13:30-14:30可以餵大象食西瓜，是免費的，職員很好會不斷切西瓜給住客，有時間的話還可以與職員聊天了解3隻大象，大象在這裡只有食、散步、玩水、睡覺等等，十分幸福，不是餵大象的時段，你亦可以在房間內見到大象，早上有大象叫聲叫你起床。
房間不時會出現小昆蟲，房內有準備蚊怕水讓你噴，整體而言，我不想離開這度假村。

度假村位於蘇梅島一座山上，緊挨着大象庇護所，目前共有15間客房，還在建。老闆是一對法國夫婦，整個度假村被實木和茅草環抱，質樸神祕，有一種低調的奢華。適合衹想呆在酒店度過一些日子的住客，完全不給打擾，每天酒店都會安排投喂大象的時間。

除了地理位置不好，酒店風景還是很不錯的！
