This hotel is terrible. You can't use a credit card for a deposit. There are bugs and a terrible odor. The pool is tiny and the hotel is completely inhumane, full of mosquitoes. The design is terrible and the feng shui is bad. The owners are a French couple who really despise Chinese people. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid it.

I absolutely loved this resort. I stayed there for three days. The room was spacious and well-lit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, they gave me a detailed introduction to the room's amenities. The pool was clean, about 1.4 meters deep, and had stairs. You can also use the app to get information about the resort. You can feed the elephants watermelons for free from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM daily. The staff was very friendly and would constantly cut watermelons for guests. If you had time, you could even chat with the staff and get to know the three elephants. The elephants are happy to eat, walk, play in the water, and sleep. Even when they're not feeding, you can still see them in your room. In the morning, they'll call out to wake you up.
