Residenza Olivo

We stayed in the “Trilo Top” apartment which sleeps up to 6 (2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed). The apartments have fridge (and small freezer), hob, microwave (that is also an oven too), dishwasher etc. They are very modern and clean! There is a welcome pack with a bottle of water, coffee pods, small washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and tea towel too. It has (covered) parking and an unheated (which we loved in last weeks heat!) pool. There is also a gym and launderette. It was a 10-12 minute walk for us with two boys (8 and 11) down to Garda town. We normally stay in villas, but this worked perfectly for us for a week. I was also worried as their check in times were 4pm-7pm and our flight didn’t land into Milan until 9.40pm so wouldn’t arrive until around 1am. I emailed them before booking and they said call up the day before and they will sort it out. True to their word, I called up and they WhatsApp’d me a link to check in and arranged for the keys and a map to be available when we arrived at 1am (it was stress free!). Would highly recommend looking at them if you’re trying to find a base.

We stayed at Olivo for 4 nights and loved the apartments. Clean and well equipped, it was great to have a dishwasher and coffee machine. Beds were comfy and outdoor space (balcony) was huge! We loved the pool.

Such a great place, big spacious apartment, clean room and complex with easy and secure parking on site. Great pool, 10 minutes walk straight into the heart of Garda and onto the water. The staff at reception were so lovely and helpful, it was a great stay.

The apartment had everything we needed. They are big and spacious and was ideal for our family of 5. The lady at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. The pool are was lovely and clean. We had a lovely stay and the views were stunning

We loved our stay at Residenza Olivo. The room was clean and comfortable with a large balcony and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was beautiful with lots of seating, but unfortunately rather cold in April since it's unheated. The lovely staff made us feel very welcome and the location was very convenient to Garda without being too busy. All in all we'd love to return.

We really enjoyed walking into Garda. The property is situated in easy asseses to nearby villages. The property was perfectly equipped for our needs. Not a smart TV so we used a 'HDMI to c' lead into the TV so we could enjoy netflix etc through our phone.

Apartments are no frills. Clean but very functional. Nothing is provided beyond 2 nights so you will need to do a supermarket shop for everything if you are staying longer. The pool is not heated so even in summer it felt cool. The apartment is next to a very busy road which was constant traffic day & night so very noisy. You can also hear guests in their apartments walking around scraping chairs and dogs barking from nearby apartments. We used the apartment as a base only as it just wasn’t a nice place to be. The staff on the main desk were great though. Lots of local recommendations and tips and you can get bread delivered daily from a local bakery. Overall it was ok and I got it for a reasonable price but I wouldn’t go back or recommend.
