Excellent boutique hotel, with friendly owner, who goes that extra mile. The tropical gardens are beautiful and the hotel is laid back and relaxing. A motorbike is useful but not essential as taxis are cheap and plentiful.

0分，放在房間的蘭蔻面霜被人偷光了，並往裡麪擠了不知名乳液。
第一天很晚住店，第二天上午出去遊玩晚上回來後房間被打掃過，家人洗完澡後發現放在桌上的半瓶蘭蔻菁純面霜被颳了個乾淨，坐飛機後由於瓶子倒置導致蓋子上沾的面霜也被刮的乾乾淨淨，還留了一個大指紋印，裏面被擠入了其他面霜，呈噴射狀，顏色濃度和香味都和蘭蔻不同。損失超過1000塊。
住酒店這麼多年第一次發生這種事，我們立刻聯繫酒店，其實是個衹有10個房間的民宿。民宿老闆完全沒有想解決問題的樣子，態度非常強硬，表示她的員工對面霜過敏，還説她也用蘭蔻，味道沒問題 ，面霜是由於温度高融化了。我們帶了好幾瓶，怎麼就這桌子上這瓶化的顏色濃度狀態都變了，連蓋子都乾乾淨淨，而且室外最高才33度。天天使用的東西會不知道到底什麼味道嗎。我們當即表示安全得不到保障要退訂後面幾晚，這個老闆説讓我們找代理。
我就和攜程客服説明瞭此事，在國外這種情況我肯定不能繼續住下去，攜程找了代理和民宿老闆溝通，一直到晚上12點，民宿老闆拒絕我們的退訂要求。攜程客服説我定的是不可退訂的房間，所以他們也沒有辦法。因為在國外，為了首要保證安全這事沒有繼續糾纏，也沒有要求賠償，衹希望能退訂後幾晚沒住的房間，令人費解的是，這個都做不到。重新定酒店導致直接損失幾千的房費。
這個酒店還有很多其他問題，和它的高評分完全不符。衞生問題不達標，床單上有臟的印記，房間裏時不時出現蝙蝠或者是老鼠屎。水質堪憂，自帶的花灑用了一次就已經發黃。早餐需要定準確時間，過時間一會兒員工就打電話過來催促。
總之，避雷。

力推，非常的好，乾淨，早餐好，服務員熱情。非常安靜悠閑，在三亞這個級別的酒店沒有1500住不了。關鍵很乾凈。
