Nexy Hostel

The location was easy access to.Staff friendly,hospitality and kind There are a few things that needs to be improved and Air con matter needs to be figured out.There was nothing to complain.

Clean dorms with privacy curtains, great rooftop vibe, and the friendliest staff. Free egg coffee breakfast is a bonus. Right in the heart of Old Quarter—everything is walkable. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is in a very central and handy location at the edge of the Old Quarter. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The dorm rooms were comfortable and private, with a towel provided. I appreciated the under-bed storage as well. They could put in a bit more conscious effort for creating social connection between the guests, but overall I had a great time and would strongly recommend to anyone coming to Hà Nội.

Very small room, but otherwise a nice stay. The hostel is clean and great located. Very good option.

The service, cleanliness, and staff demeanor were commendable. While communication challenges were noted for a visiting guest, these were deemed acceptable upon clarification. I plan to reserve a mixed accommodation during my next visit, having opted for a private room on this occasion.
