Facilities: The room was very large and spacious. Service: The front desk staff were very professional and handled my check-in carefully, patiently, and kindly. Environment: The hotel is very close to Chunxi Road, and there are many dining options nearby. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi was absolutely fantastic! The concierge service was incredibly thoughtful and polite; they helped with my luggage and gave great recommendations for local attractions. It was such a nice touch. The ice cream at the lobby bar was deliciously creamy, and the afternoon tea was both elegant and tasty – perfect for a relaxing break after a long day of sightseeing. The 30th-floor restaurant offers an amazing breakfast spread with a huge variety of choices. The Sichuan-style dandan noodles and Zhong dumplings tasted authentic, and there were plenty of Western dishes, cereals, and desserts too. Dining with that high-altitude view was a wonderful experience. The laundry room attendant was also incredibly warm and helpful; she patiently showed me how to use the equipment and even folded my clothes before returning them, which was so kind. The overall environment is elegant and clean, and the service truly shines in the details. Plus, its location near Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road makes it super convenient for getting around and shopping. My stay was thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable – I highly recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The complimentary goodies were a real treat. The hotel is right next to the new Taikoo Li, and we enjoyed the complimentary double breakfast buffet with free-flow drinks. The little Qipao shop across the street was charming, and Taolin Restaurant was delicious. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast on the 30th floor – stunning! The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Chunxi Road and a 10-minute walk from the Panda Butt Sculpture. Right below the Panda Butt, there are direct shuttle buses to Sanxingdui Museum and Dujiangyan, departing frequently. It's also quite close to other city attractions. The breakfast restaurant is on the 30th floor, offering great views and a decent spread. The front desk service was very good, and the facilities are convenient. The room had no peculiar smells. It would be even more convenient if the curtains were voice-controlled. While the bed was soft yet supportive, I would have preferred it to be a bit firmer.

The lady at the self-service laundry room was incredibly kind and enthusiastic about helping with clothes. The hotel is perfectly located right next to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu!

This negative review can be summed up in two points: First, most hotels and B&Bs nowadays add guests on WeChat for better service and quick responses. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel where adding them on WeChat was utterly useless! Second, when I was packing up to check out, I discovered how dirty the bed sheets were! I couldn't even tell what the stains were, and they were hidden under the pillow the whole time! I slept on them for two days... The hotel never offered an explanation in the end!
