It's about a 400-meter walk from there, or a taxi can drop you right at the hotel entrance. It's also very close to Hongqiao in the Ancient City, only about 300-500 meters away, making it super convenient to explore the ancient town on foot from here.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is also very close to major attractions like Shen Congwen's former residence. They even provided a complimentary drop-off service to the station, which was a very thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

The buffet is also very clean and hygienic, with a great variety of options, and there's even someone dedicated to cooking local rice noodles. There are plenty of great local restaurants nearby to choose from, and it's really close to all the main attractions. You can walk to the Tuojiang River in just a few minutes. Plus, there's a morning market next door, perfect for grabbing some fresh fruits and vegetables before heading home!

The hotel service was pretty good. You can do laundry and shoe shining for free, and it's quite close to the riverside, just a short walk away. My stay was pleasant, and it offers great value for money. They even deliver complimentary small desserts to your room in the evening, which is a lovely touch. If the ancient town wasn't so small, I would have loved to stay a few more days.
