Fenghuang Story Hotel (Tuo River, Hongqiao Bridge, Ancient Town Center)

The hotel is right next to the West Gate of the Ancient Town and very close to Hongqiao Bridge, just a few minutes' walk away. It features a laundry room and a gym, and the rooms are fully equipped. The breakfast hours are super long, from 7:00 to 11:00, and the freshly cooked rice noodles and noodles are quite delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

The hotel is located near the West Gate of Phoenix Ancient Town, making it very convenient to access the scenic area. It features its own two-story underground parking lot, and the staff are very helpful with parking guidance. You take the elevator down to the garage with your car, which requires fairly good driving skills. The hotel offers a late-night snack, as well as a laundry room and a gym. The room is equipped with plenty of smart devices and even wireless charging; it is clean and hygienic, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast selection is limited, though they do serve freshly cooked rice noodles and noodles. Breakfast runs until 11:00 AM, but when we went down at 10:00 AM, many of the dishes were gone, and whatever was restocked was snapped up immediately—probably because they had a lot of guests today.

The hotel has a charming, antique feel and is fully equipped. The rooms even have smart clothes dryers! The front desk service was incredibly attentive and satisfying. They also offer free shuttle service to and from Fenghuang Ancient City High-Speed Rail Station, and you get complimentary mung bean soup for a late-night snack. Highly recommend!

This hotel is really good, the best I've stayed at in Fenghuang. First, it's located right by the West Gate of the ancient town, so it's close to all the attractions. You can walk to the river in just a few minutes. The room environment is excellent, and they even offer free laundry and shoe shining services. Highly recommended!

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Xiangxi. It's a 5-minute walk to Hongqiao, and the room is spacious and clean. You won't find this level of service and quality room for this price anywhere in the country. The biggest surprise was the laundry service, available until midnight every day. I'd come back late at night, give my clothes to the staff, and they'd be washed and dried. There's even a small dryer in the room for socks and underwear, which is so important for someone who changes hotels every day. Plus, they offer a complimentary late-night porridge when you return in the evening. You absolutely have to book a room and try it out!

The hotel is very upscale, and the front desk staff are all attractive. The rooms are exceptionally spacious with a uniquely novel layout.
