Fantastic hotel! It's conveniently located, just a 5-8 minute walk from the river. I especially loved the complimentary laundry and drying service. Hotel staff would pick up our clothes, wash and dry them, and then deliver them back to our room. It was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time.

This hotel is great! They offer laundry and shoe shining services, and after washing, items are even dried and folded before being returned. There's also parking available, and the room environment is very good. For just over a hundred, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

The hotel service was truly excellent, with many pleasant surprises. It's very close to the ancient city, and it's also convenient to walk to the riverside. They even offer late-night snacks, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to the lady with glasses who assisted me; her service attitude was exceptionally good. When I went to the third floor to do laundry, the auntie there proactively helped me out. The room has a dryer, and there's a large one on the third floor, making for a truly comfortable stay. Plus, the room has a sofa that can easily accommodate an adult. Thumbs up!

The hotel service is truly exceptional, incredibly thoughtful, and pays great attention to detail. They offer free parking and complimentary late-night snacks, making it incredibly good value for money! I'll definitely choose this place again next time. It's very close to the ancient city, with various popular Chinese restaurants right outside the door. A short walk takes you directly into the core scenic area of the ancient city. The hotel staff's service attitude is also excellent; they even helped reserve iced mung bean porridge for me. My hands cracked when I came to Hunan, and they provided hand cream for free. I accidentally lost my room card, and they didn't charge me for it. They even created a dedicated group chat to provide 24-hour one-on-one online service. The value for money is just incredible.

There's no dryer in the room, but they offered a drying service, which was great. There's also no place to hang clothes, and the ceiling is a bit low, but they provided a delivery box and late-night congee, which was already quite good.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, upscale, and impeccably clean! My stay was a delightful surprise! The service was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located right at the entrance of the ancient city, just a few minutes' walk to explore everything inside. If you're tired after sightseeing, you can relax in the lobby tea bar, read a book, chat, or enjoy some tea. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. They even gave us several student buffet breakfast vouchers! A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk! The breakfast was excellent! A good variety, and there's an auntie who makes fresh noodle soup and rice noodle soup right there! Much better than eating outside and very affordable, only 15 RMB per person! Highly recommended! The hotel also offers free laundry service; they even dry and fold your clothes and place them at your door! So thoughtful! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Fenghuang Ancient City! Every member of my family raved about how wonderful the hotel is! 👍👍

The hotel's location is convenient, right at the entrance of the old town, very close to South Street and Hongqiao Bridge. It has its own parking lot, a good environment, and the front desk service is excellent. There's also a laundry room.
