Hotel Gracery Seoul

The hygiene was appalling. There were bed bugs on the bed, and I woke up covered in bites that still haven't healed after two days.

Japanese-style hotel. The room was a bit small but very clean with good natural light and city views. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with a small bathtub, which was very comfortable. The location is great, very close to Myeongdong, making shopping super convenient. There's a Starbucks and a CU downstairs. It's also easy to get a taxi to the airport directly from the hotel. Recommended!

Extended my stay for another night, making it five nights in total. This is an excellent hotel with a superb location, making travel very convenient. The service was impeccable, with many added bonuses that made for a fantastic experience. I hope to have the chance to visit again.

The room was very clean and the bed was huge. There's a convenience store downstairs and a BHC fried chicken right next door, which is super convenient. It's also close to Myeongdong and they even give you eye masks as a bonus.

This hotel in Myeongdong is super convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Myeongdong, Cheonggyecheon Stream, and the palaces – you can just walk everywhere. The room fit three small beds nicely and had a Japanese-style feel, plus a bathtub. While the room was a bit small, it was well-equipped. The soundproofing wasn't great, though, as I could hear noisy kids from the next room at night. The breakfast was excellent, delicious and plentiful. The 11th-floor lobby had plenty of luggage lockers, which was very handy. After staying at a few hotels in Korea, I've noticed that if check-in is 3 PM, it's strictly 3 PM. I arrived at 2:50 PM, and the front desk staff told me I'd need to sign up for a membership card to check in an hour early. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so here are some pictures of the surrounding attractions instead.

Overall, it was an okay stay. However, when we switched rooms, there were hairs on the bed, and the sheets were torn and not completely clean. The check-in experience itself was fine. I hope these issues will be resolved for my next visit.

Not bad. It has a Japanese style, and the bathroom has a bathtub where you can sit and shower. Breakfast was okay, enough to fill you up, but definitely don't compare it to breakfast in China. It was quite clean, and the service was decent. They even provided eye masks in the room.
