❌ The bed has a faint cigarette smell even though I requested anti-smoke treatment and communicated that I'm particularly sensitive to smoke. Could be due to third-hand smoke which is understandably difficult to get rid off, BUT could still be prevented by making some rooms or one floor strictly smoke free.
❌ The provided two fluffy slippers are actually quite slippery in the elevated area. These aren't waterproof, and because the highlight of this hotel is the bathtub, I personally think It'd make sense to also provide two extra bath slippers that can be used in the shower as well as after bathing.
🟠 The bathrobes are fluffy and thick and would perhaps be more suitable for winter? Considering the baththub and current summer temperaturet, it might be convenient to switch to thinner, towel-like bath robes so that you can throw it on immediately after bathing.
