Svarga Bebek Villas

We spent several wonderful days here, and it was one of the coziest hotels throughout our trip to Bali. The main highlight is the atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful with lots of greenery and two pools. Even though Ubud is very close by, it's incredibly quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything was well prepared for our arrival. I'd especially like to commend the staff. All employees were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and readily helped with any request. Thanks to them, you truly feel like a valued guest. Breakfasts were also great – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. If we come to Ubud again, we'd gladly stay here once more. We had a truly wonderful time during our stay. We came here for our honeymoon and had such a happy and comfortable experience thanks to the excellent facilities, great value for money, and incredibly kind staff. We definitely plan to return to this accommodation the next time we visit Bali. The breakfast and other meals were also superb.

The staff were friendly and always smiling. I was impressed by the many complimentary services offered. Breakfast wasn't the usual buffet; instead, it was a plated meal ordered from a menu. From my room, I could see the rice stalks swaying, making time feel like it flowed slowly. The cleanliness rating is a 4 because the bathroom only had a half roof, which meant bugs and leaves could get in from outside. Everything else was perfect, so no worries there!
