Svarga Bebek Villas

It is located about a 10-minute drive from the center of Ubud. The free shuttle bus service was also extremely convenient. There are cafes and convenience stores nearby, and it's right next to the famous Bebek Tepi Sawah restaurant! There is also a Japanese restaurant on the premises, which we used. My son was so happy, saying it tasted just like in Japan, and enjoyed eating the udon. The moment you step inside the hotel, it feels like paradise. The well-kept tropical plants are so beautiful, and everywhere you look is soothing. The orchids, in particular, were in full bloom and very pretty—I took a lot of pictures. There are also koi fish. There are two shared pools, and having the daily complimentary afternoon tea while looking out at them was simply the best. The cafe latte was delicious, and the latte art was beautiful. Our room offered a view of the garden, and there is even a small rice terrace on the grounds. It was so cozy listening to the sounds of birds, frogs, and insects from the room. The bathtub was large, the water pressure was great, and the toiletries had a wonderful scent. The only disappointing thing was that the sheets had a slightly moldy smell. The staff were kind and provided very polite and attentive hospitality. It's a wonderful accommodation with amazing value for money. Thank you very much.

Even with our late arrival, the reception's very courteous and kind service instantly made us feel welcome. The entire villa was decorated in Indonesian style, truly immersing us in an international travel experience. The staff were almost excessively friendly, which helped to dispel some of my preconceived notions about Southeast Asian travel.

Extremely satisfied! Great environment and delicious breakfast. It's a pity we only stayed for one night, but we will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

The view is exactly as pictured by the hotel. The service is excellent; they resolve all issues quickly. There are spa services, a laundry room, beautiful grounds, clean pools, and convenient parking. On the downside: - We didn't particularly like the breakfast, but overall it was acceptable. - My girlfriend found the hairdryer settings difficult to switch.
