Huge thanks to Ms. Ren Liping at the front desk for her wonderful service! We got upgraded to an executive room which was fantastic, with a great balcony view and a spacious, comfortable interior. This is definitely the best choice for a trip to the west slope of Changbai Mountain – unbeatable value for money!

Pullman Changbaishan Resort is truly a hidden gem near Changbai Mountain. Nestled in the surrounding forests, being surrounded by lush greenery every day is a rejuvenating experience for city dwellers. The hotel offers a wealth of amenities, from splendid entertainment programs to authentic ginseng-picking farm experiences. They also provide transfers to and from the train station, airport, and Changbaishan Chixi, so guests without a car don't have to worry about transportation. A special shout-out to hotel staff member Liu Yunfei, who patiently answered all our questions and tirelessly booked various activities for us, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The value for money at Pullman Changbaishan Resort is absolutely top-notch. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Changbai Mountain.

I booked a four-day, three-night vacation package and had a great overall experience. The hotel is nestled among mountains and forests, offering a quiet and beautiful environment, far from the hustle and bustle – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding, making for a very pleasant stay. I especially want to commend the Yuehua Chinese Restaurant. The staff were prompt and provided meticulous and thoughtful service, making for a wonderful dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of items and was quite tasty. However, if the dishes were rotated daily, the selection would be even better. I have two small suggestions: First, the front desk reception could be a bit more warm and friendly. Second, given the lower temperatures in Changbai Mountain, the toilet seats lacked heating, which can be quite cold in winter. I hope to see hardware upgrades in the future.

The shuttle service to and from the station was really convenient. They also offered transportation to the West Slope, but I didn't take it since it was too late. My room was spacious and spotless, and the little deer decor was adorable.

Beyond expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively arranging pickup and providing thorough explanations and information during the journey – truly professional and attentive. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang.

It's just a few minutes' drive from the West Slope scenic area, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It's ideal for both family trips and relaxing getaways. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit!

Staying at the Pullman with our child was such a pleasant surprise! The forest resort vibe is fantastic, and interacting with the deer was my child's absolute favorite. The room was clean and quiet, and the balcony offered a superb view. The pool and kids' playground are well-equipped, and the breakfast had plenty of options that children enjoy. The staff were warm and attentive. You can book a shuttle for transportation, which makes getting to the Xipo distribution center very convenient. Overall, the facilities are new and very clean. It's a one-stop shop for eating, staying, and playing – so hassle-free and comfortable. Highly recommend for family trips!

This was my first time visiting Changbaishan, and I chose to stay at the Pullman. The hotel building is magnificent and grand [strong emoji]. They have thoughtfully arranged parent-child interactive classes, and there are even outdoor sika deer. The lovely lady at the front desk gave us some deer food, so we could interact, feed, and take pictures with them – I absolutely loved it [strong emoji]! The 2-meter-wide bed in the room was incredibly comfortable. It rained, so I couldn't see Changbaishan, but I decided to swim at the hotel instead. The pool water quality was superb! I'll definitely come back to see Changbaishan next time and will choose this hotel again.

Before booking this hotel, I read through past guest reviews and saw consistent negative feedback about the breakfast being terrible and the general manager's poor management. Unfortunately, this was the only 5-star hotel in town, so I took a chance, thinking, 'How bad can an Accor hotel really be?' Upon checking in, I discovered that all the negative reviews were completely accurate, and the reality was even worse. The breakfast selection was pitifully small, and the taste was awful, but what was truly beyond acceptable was the restaurant's hygiene. The floor was so sticky it felt like my shoes were glued to it, the glass washer was filthy, and the plates had thick, greasy residue. There was a layer of grime around the edges of the food trays. The overall hygiene was so bad it was nauseating. I genuinely want to ask the hotel's general manager: Do you never inspect the food and beverage hygiene and service control? The past negative reviews you've received are absolutely justified.
