Hotel & Spa Sierra de Cazorla

Valoración buena y muy buena, excepto el servicio de cafetería no save preparar un café irlandés....

When we went with a 10 year old girl they didn't let us in at the time we had but that's not it, it's the way the girl at the spa counter speaks, arrogance and lack of tact in front of a child so see you later spa don't count on us anymore and if it is possible we will say it one and a half times

One of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, it could easily be what a mother cooks at home, the hotel is spectacular located on the side of the mountain with views. impressive.

The hotel is very good, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious and the bathroom too. Very well maintained facilities. Super friendly staff. The spa is very pleasant, especially the hot pool outside with the cold it was, it is a very pleasant sensation. We had dinner in the restaurant on all 3 nights, a pleasant and cozy place, a wide menu and delicious things, a very pleasant experience.

The jacuzzi was terrible because it didn't work well and was dirty so I decided to use the whirlpool bathtub and it didn't work either… Very unhappy about it, which is what really differentiates the room from a normal one; The next day I reported it at check-out and not an apology or compensation or anything. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.

We spent 5 days in this hotel with the Imserso, a hotel with a wonderful landscape and enormous tranquility, with good facilities, comfortable room, good atmosphere in the Xi Menea bar, good service in the dining room and the bar, the dinners were very good ,. In general, the hotel is pleasant in every way. To make a drawback, it would be the bathtub that slipped when you showered and you had to be careful not to slip.
