The Westin Annapolis

Certain staff seemed to be under the impression that they were much better than the patrons, and couldn’t take the time to give great support. Some were exemplary

Great location. Shower was challenging. Water was everywhere. We had to use the bath towels to clean up the water.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were so clean and the sheets smelled amazing. We will definitely stay there again if we are in Annapolis

We usually love the Westin. Restaurant on the premises was slow. Front desk service was slow too. Loved the shower and white tea products.

Clean Room, quiet nights sleep in comfortable bed. Shower was awesome (Water Pressure A+). Friendly staff, and bar staff at night were very friendly and accommodating.

We were given a beautiful upgrade to a very bright room with double windows. Enjoyable stay.

The staff was wonderful, Room was spotless. Bar prices were insane for the area.

Hotel appearance and front desk area were beautifully designed and decorated for the holiday season. The front desk staff, along with the bar and lounge employees, were fabulous and made our family holiday get together wonderful! Our room was comfortable. There is a free shuttle stop provided by the city just outside the valet area of the hotel. Highly recommended for transportation to waterfront shopping district.

We were able to get there an hour early and our room was ready and the staff were great!
