TownePlace Suites Cheyenne Southwest/Downtown Area

Nice room and good breakfast. Sadly it wasnt particulary clean (there were dog treats on the floor) and pool was closed

We had an event very close by. Room was clean, service was wonderful. We would stay here again.

Room was just okay. It had a really weird smell and the temperature was difficult to regulate in order to be comfortable. We generally stay at the Fairfield next door, but thought we would try this out. We will be going back to the Fairfield next time.

Room was clean and the staff were great. Chris at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Marcell in the breakfast area was the sweetest lady. She kept everything well stocked and shared so much history with us from all her years in the area.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. We did have some late night noise from the guests above us, but after we called the front desk, it was taken care of - great customer service!

Nice property, very friendly staff, and good free breakfast. Our room had a strong food odor and was not clean. The shower curtain was filthy, hairdryer, coffee maker, and sink all looked like they had not been cleaned. Disappointed for a Marriott and this price point.
