The hotel is far from the city. Although the room rate is cheap, it costs more than 600 yuan a day to take a taxi, which takes 40 minutes more one way. The staff does not speak English and communication is difficult. The hot spring is good, the breakfast is OK, and there are free bar activities in the evening (just simple wine tasting). The triple room is too small. After putting down the luggage, you can't walk, and the toilet door is difficult to open. The toilet is still crowded for one person.

It was convenient, clean, and nice. However, the surrounding area smelled bad.

This hotel brand, which has always prided itself on service, is the worst in terms of service attitude compared with the other four hotels of the same group that I have stayed in in Hokkaido.
