Monsoon Bassac Hotel

have been staying here since February 5, 2026. At first, the staff were friendly and polite. I even gave tips to housekeeping to keep my room clean because I really appreciated their service. However, I was disappointed when I came back to my room and found that it had not been made up. The room was still dirty, and even the bed was not properly fixed.After being tired from being outside all day, you expect to return to a room that smells fresh and feels comfortable. The lobby looks nice, but the cleanliness of the room does not match that first impression.The air conditioner is also a big problem. It is very hot inside the room. I already asked the staff several times to check and fix it. They always say “yes,” but no one ever comes to repair it. That is very disappointing.I booked this hotel until February 17, 2026, because my boyfriend does not want to transfer to another hotel, so we decided to stay. Honestly, from now on, I don’t feel like giving tips anymore because the service is not consistent.I would only recommend this hotel for its location. But when it comes to cleanliness, room maintenance, and proper housekeeping service, it really needs improvement.

I often stay in this hotel because is very convenient to go around the city, place was close to almost every where you need to go. Pretty quite and comfortable as effort able. Last visit I checked in bir late and I got comfortable room but bit trouble with static noise for the mecine (not so sure what) and in the morning I ask to change the room and they give me a new room as requested. I'm happy with management that act quick with my problem. Thank for hospitality front desk. Highly recommended.

Very clean and accommodating all the staff very nice

It was last minute due to being let down by another premisis, but was clean, quiet, and friendly but yet close enough to most tourist places, food was nice, so no complaints, would stay again and would recomend it.

The staff were neither polite nor attentive. The room was not clean and showed clear signs of poor maintenance. Additionally, housekeeping did not service the room the following day. The breakfast was very limited and disappointing. While the location is acceptable, it can be quite noisy at night. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory.

The safe lock in room 305 is inversed. I didn't take a photo. I like Bathtub in this hotel.

Hotel bit old but great location, room fine with pleasant balconny specially for smokers, restaurant so so but many options around. Overall good quality forthat price.

I stayed one night but it was okay but no window its a problem for the room cause i feel like in jail with no window
