We had a very comfortable stay with excellent service. The staff were extremely helpful, and the location is close to all the major attractions. We especially loved the family connecting room—it gave us our own space while keeping the kids right next to us.

Location memang ngam. Very close to the viral spots and easy to find food. Room condition is top-notch and very clean. Service also fast. Highly recommended! 5 stars for sure.

The staff we super friendly and kind, The hotel room was very basic, and my balcony sadly looked out onto a lot of rubbish so I kept the curtains closed. If you want a basic place just to sleep - this hotel is fine. I'm not sure I would stay here again though.

The location was superb. The room was decent. Although we didn't have breakfast included, we decided to have it in the hotel. It cost 10,000 VND, which is approximately 3.5 EUR. The breakfast included 1 dish (both omelette and noodles were delicious), fruit （dragon fruit, passion fruit and watermelon), coffee, tea and a beverage of choice (pineapple smoothie was okay).

Hotel is good except upon checking in they didn’t give us the room type that we have booked. They say hotels is full and insisted that 2 men to share one double bed instead of 2 single beds that we have booked. We were highly stressed and may need to switch hotel as it is almost midnight. However upon my insistence they finally give us another room to accommodate us. Hope the mgt understands that this kind of stress is unnecessary and will make us avoid such hotels. As they earlier do not deliver their promise for the room book and paid for. Hope trip can look into this practice

We had an amazing stay here! Location is perfect, 5-10 min walk to Old Town and also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Room was perfect, nice balcony, air con worked great, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower. Indoor pool with some deckchairs in the sun was also great. Very clean, the cleaners came every day. Helped us with recommendations for Hoi An and had bicycles that we rented. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back!

The location was a short walk to everything of interest. The staff was great and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast was really good. Room and hotel had basic needs over all 9.5 out of 10

The room are different from the photos online. It is much smaller. And there are lots of gong gong gong sound in the evening and morning. I won’t recommend this hotel to others
