Staff are friendly and check in process was fast! Stayed here to enjoy the early entry to Disneyland as popular rides will need to queue at least 1h. Upon check out, there’s an option to store the luggage and have them delivered to the luggage storage point outside the park which was a bonus! Will recommend

The hotel is excellent, the staff are helpful and courteous, always with a smile face. Many activities to do for kids, artwork, mini games, take photos with woody. Really nice experience and a memorable trip.

We stayed for 2 nights for our disneyland trip. Totally worth it! All staff are very friendly and supporting. Explained well about the perks and shuttle bus, hotel guests got special discount at lotso shop too. Location wise very good, got early pass (special gate entry) from others who did not stay at disney hotels. For families, they got connecting room so it would be easier for us to communicate as family. Love it, will repeat tbh Amenities are great, they gave whatever we requested! Room are clean and cute, got small gifts and some disney stickers. Honestly 2 nights arent enough

Located next to Disney Town and Disneyland Shanghai. Staff services were great and the shuttle bus services were fast. Everything was perfect for a great vacation.

Decent breakfast , given cafeteria type that you mostly let them get the food for you instead of getting it yourself except the fruit/yogurt bar. Quiet room from the road but not corridor. Early access is very early😂😂. Only get there at 8.00. Long line at first shuttle to the park, many were walking early.

I thought checking in would be a bit challenging, but everything went so smoothly! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and assisted with our luggage before being guided to the check-in area. An English-speaking Cast Member helped us throughout the process and clearly explained everything, including our park-day benefits and inclusions. Our luggage was delivered to our room in less than 15 minutes! The hotel also provided essential amenities, and we could easily request more whenever needed. We stayed for two nights, and after returning from a full day at the park, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room spotless. They had even thoughtfully laid out sheets for our bottles and toiletries, which was such a nice touch when travelling with little ones. ❤️ The beds were comfortable, and the room size was just right for our family. I initially thought it might feel too cramped, but it turned out to be perfectly comfortable for our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The service, attention to detail, and convenience made our Disney trip even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Toy Story Hotel, especially for families with young children planning to spend multiple days at Shanghai Disneyland. Being able to stay right in the Disney bubble made the experience so much easier and more magical! 🧸✨

Lovely hotel and there were also photo taking opportunities with the Toy Story mascots throughout the day. Kids will love it here!
