Great location. Quiet. Clean. Unobtrusive service. However... no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided....

The rooms are clean, and my room on the 16th floor was very bright. The window faced the street, but it wasn't a problem at all—you could barely hear any traffic. Convenient location close to cafes, massage parlors, the night market, and Lumpini Park.

I've never stayed in such a terrible room; it's definitely not up to Hilton standards. The room was completely empty – no toothbrush, toothpaste, cups, or slippers. The towels were awful, and the tissues ran out after just one pull. But those weren't even the main issues. The hotel lobby reeked of paint, and the room had an extremely strong musty smell. Everything inside was incredibly old, and there were unidentified bugs crawling all over my bag. I didn't even dare open my suitcase for fear of bugs getting in. The carpet was also incredibly dirty. The woman at the front desk was extremely arrogant; after I said some numbers, she arrogantly replied, 'Can you speak English?' Absolutely do not stay here. I barely slept a wink; the duvet was so damp it was impossible to sleep under. My friend and I felt itchy all night. I hope Trip.com removes this hotel soon; it was truly disgusting. We checked out early the next morning because I didn't want to touch anything in there.

The room is well-equipped. The air conditioner is a bit old, so it gets a little cold. The lighting is on the dim side, perfect for a good night's sleep. Other facilities are also good, and the hygiene is acceptable.

This was a terrible experience, completely not what I'd expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The room smelled moldy and felt damp, and the windows were sealed shut. My advice? Just stay near Siam Center instead. For just 100 baht more, you can get a 55m² suite with a washing machine. I'm really upset about this.
