Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Olathe

Great hotel! Clean, staff was helpful, check in was easy, pool was clean, and breakfast was good. Overall good experience!

Breakfast was the best thing about this place. It was great. However, there was a loose piece of metal or something outside of our room that kept me up the entire night. It made an insanely loud noise about every 15 minutes. The purpose of a room is to sleep, but we could not do this basic thing. Also, the bathroom design was awful. The shower did not have a lip and the water drained in the middle of the floor and was a slow drain. So I had to use the restroom right after my husband’s shower the bottom of my clothes got soaked. If not for these two things this day would’ve been fine but I’m frustrated. I spent so much and did not get sleep. The bed was not exceptionally comfortable for me either, but it would’ve been okay had it not been for the noise.

Breakfast is ok, the pancakes ,French toast were rubbery because of trying to keep warm,the omelet station was the best although they ran out of egg whites.

I liked everything—the furniture looks new—and we absolutely loved the space, the view, and everything else.

Upon entry of room, a strong odor of wet dog was present. Weren’t able to open windows for fresh air. Asked for a different room and request was denied. If the hotel is going to be pet friendly, perhaps only certain floors or rooms should be as the turn around time for cleaning rooms is not enough time and the smell just doesn’t come out.

This hotel is one of our favorites. We have stayed here a couple times now and love it every time. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast is wonderful as well.

Breakfast was realky good but there were several staff members who hovered around our table ready to snatch our plates as soon as i stopped to take a breath. Have the outlets didnt work in the room. When i reached out to maintenance i was told theres a main switch by the front that nustve not be flipped back up. This fixed some but not all outlets so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I did run into a small issue with my room key that required me to switch rooms, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. They responded right away, made the process easy, and had me moved to another room without any hassle. Their responsiveness and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience much better. Great customer service all around! 😊

Clean room, staff was great, breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. I look for clean mattress and clean sheets, and exceeded my expectations.
