The room I was assigned was incredibly small! Probably the smallest room type they have! You could walk from one end to the other in two steps! Breakfast was always crowded, almost every day we had to queue. The hotel pool isn't big, but there weren't many people swimming. The lobby on the first floor was always packed! It felt like they were hosting conferences daily! The good thing is that it shares a garden with the Kempinski! That's probably its only advantage! Next time, I'd rather pay a few hundred more to stay at the Kempinski! I absolutely do not recommend this hotel! The rooftop bar was also mediocre, with no great view to speak of! Overall, for this price and what you get, I wouldn't choose it again.

First off, let's talk about the breakfast. The variety was impressive, and the ingredients and taste were definitely on point. I felt like a third of the room rate went towards that breakfast alone! The only downside was the crowd and the need to queue, probably because of the Christmas holiday. Next, the location. It seems to be in an upscale area of Bangkok – the streets were clean and quiet, which was really pleasant.

I'm so glad we chose the Kimpton for our anniversary trip. The hotel upgraded us after learning the purpose of our visit. The room was absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. The expansive green view from the window is quite rare for this area. Overall, I really loved the hotel's style – simple, clean, and full of warmth. I highly recommend the rooftop bar and restaurant. The food was delicious, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable too.

stayed there the 2nd time but this time is disappointin! our bath towels r not replaced and service been longer than expected. breakfast was crowded like market and eventually was arranged to sit at temporary table with no one clearing the tables and coffee took more than 30mins to arrive. I hope it was becoz of holiday season but even the tuk tuk driver I called with hotel conceige was poor, the driver gave us really bad attitude I hav ever encountered in bkk, we were asking him to drop us at central world while he only wanted to leave us somewhere nearby n asked us to walk there! hotel like this grade doesnt even have charging cable to lend, and overall I can say its quite disappointing in correspondence to its price and stars.

I won't dwell on the modern design and facilities of the Kimpton, as they're well-known. What really surprised me was the gym floor – the atmosphere was fantastic, with plenty of equipment and stunning views all around. The staff were quick to offer water and towels too.
