This resort truly delivers on relaxation! I slept wonderfully, and the hotel facilities are complete, clean, and the service is warm. The front desk even offers Chinese-speaking staff. The hotel has its own beach which is perfect for photos, and it's super convenient to get to VinWonders Phu Quoc, just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Stay was ok, the beach was very nice and the amenities provided are excellent. However, for a 5-Star hotel, there were a few things that weren’t up to expectations. 1. We were checked in to a room with a broken bathroom door, the door wouldn’t close fully. 2. The maintenance team responded fairly quick and managed to fix the door, but in the process they stepped on the sink (as show in pic 1, and even though they brought a ladder) and didn’t clean it after. 3. The maintenance team also broke a cover under the sink area which exposed the dirt hiding inside, which was quite unpleasant. The cover was also thrown poking out under the sink and hurt my feet cause I didn’t see it. 4. All the front desk could do was tell us to wait and ask them to fix it. Besides the bad experience there though, the general experience was pretty ok. We received a complimentary birthday cake for my mom’s birthday celebration, and there were free welcome drink vouchers for us. The room was great in general. Additionally, their breakfast spread is quite good as well. There’s also a free shuttle to the nearby GrandWorld Phu Quoc which was pretty on time so that’s good. The GrandWorld itself is pretty boring though.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza on Phu Quoc and it was wonderful! We loved absolutely everything; every detail of our vacation left us with exceptionally pleasant impressions. The hotel has an incredibly beautiful, clean, and well-maintained beach. The sea is like a fairy tale: very warm, calm, with no strong waves, making swimming an absolute pleasure. A special mention goes to the restaurants. The breakfasts here are beyond praise: every day there is a huge selection of dishes for every taste, everything is very fresh, diverse, and incredibly delicious. The hotel employs a highly professional and competent staff who genuinely care about the comfort of their guests. We would like to express our special and warmest gratitude to the front desk team—Sophia and Luci. They were incredibly polite, kind, and helpful, and to our great delight, they helped arrange an early check-in right upon our arrival. This really boosted our mood after the journey! The hotel exceeded all expectations. We will definitely come back here again and will recommend it to all our friends!

This trip to Phu Quoc, we mainly stayed at the Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay by IHG in the north. The hotel was built in 2020, so all the facilities are very new, and all the staff are excellent.
