I chose this hotel because I saw photos of its infinity pool with a panoramic view of Bangkok's nightscape and really wanted to stay there myself. The view from the infinity pool on the top floor was even more spectacular than I imagined! Swimming surrounded by glittering skyscrapers was such a unique experience, and I truly felt it was worth staying here. Also, since the building itself is new, the overall cleanliness throughout the hotel made a great impression. The toilet and shower room in the guest room are separated into different spaces, which made using the bathroom very stress-free. As for the bath amenities, they were products from HARNN, a leading Thai spa brand. The scent was wonderful, and I particularly loved the hand soap. I was also surprised that there were four complimentary bottles of drinking water in the room, and a rich variety of tea selections. The refrigerator even had wallpaper with the same pattern as the bathrobes, showing great attention to design. There were so many elements that would appeal to anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious hotel stay, from the room amenities to the facilities. I also enjoyed the delicious Thai tea welcome drink and the shrimp pad Thai from room service. I would definitely love to stay here again.

My stay at the Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection, was an excellent experience. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping, yet still offers a quiet retreat from the city bustle. The room was bright and clean, with soft, comfortable bedding and well-maintained bathroom facilities. The soundproofing was great, allowing for a peaceful rest. The public amenities like the high-altitude pool and gym are well-equipped and beautifully designed. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future visits to Bangkok. The 28th-floor infinity pool offers stunning views, and the gym has new, comprehensive equipment, perfect for leisure and relaxation.

The environment is great. The toilet and shower are completely separate and independent, so you don't have to wait, which is very convenient. The room is also very spacious, with a desk and a small sofa. It's a short walk from the BTS station, but not too far. I found the air conditioning in the room to be insufficient, and after informing the front desk, they quickly arranged for it to be fixed. The service was very thoughtful. Recommended!

The location is super convenient, making it easy to get to nearby malls, cafes, and restaurants. Getting around was a breeze. The staff were also great; check-in and check-out were smooth. I especially loved the hotel's design and public areas – perfect for photos 📸. Coming back to the hotel at night for some rest felt really comfortable. The breakfast was generally good; while the selection wasn't overly extensive, the taste and quality were excellent. If you appreciate design-focused hotels and want a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bangkok, I think Kromo Bangkok is a fantastic choice ✨. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There are plenty of great restaurants near the hotel and transportation is very convenient.

It was exactly the stay I expected. I only used the pool once, but it was nice to have it open from the morning with few people around, making it very quiet. The location is conveniently close to the BTS and subway stations. The hotel has a clear concept and offers hospitality with fluent English. The breakfast system, where you can choose your meal, was great for a leisurely start to the day. Also, on a day when I had to leave earlier than the 6:30 AM breakfast, they prepared my chosen breakfast box the night before, which was excellent. The price is also very reasonable for this quality. I will definitely come back again!
