The St. Regis Hong Kong

There are so many posts about The St. Regis Hong Kong already, with all its outstanding features clearly laid out, so I'll focus on a few delightful little details here! First, the hotel's big data records are incredibly meticulous. Guest information, preferences, and even travel purposes are all stored in their database, including details from previous stays! This means frequent guests will experience even more surprising services! Second, the collaboration between The St. Regis Hong Kong and Ctrip must be incredibly close; the welcome amenities plus butler service are simply perfect (see pictures eight and nine). Third, the hotel's breakfast now offers two excellent new choices: Hong Kong-style and healthy options, both delicious and nutritious! Additionally, I also ordered some à la carte items like Mediterranean vegetarian and Swiss sourdough – I can't recall all the names, but they were all very tasty! I highly recommend trying the St. Regis breakfast! Fourth, there are now more dining options near the Exhibition Centre MTR station. You'll find many foreigners there, so it's a great place to eat and explore, experiencing the diverse mix of people in HK! Fifth, it's very kid-friendly! This time, I brought my child to experience Hong Kong's Chiikawa event. The hotel saw my child's Usagi doll and specially left a card with a picture of Usagi and a surprise St. Regis bear in the room. My child was absolutely thrilled! 👍 See the last photo! Finally, as always, at the end of my review, I wholeheartedly recommend The St. Regis Hong Kong as the absolute best choice for your stay in Hong Kong!

The room decor was beautiful, and the butler service was very thoughtful. The welcome snacks were also quite unique. The only minor drawback was the average view outside the window, but the location and overall environment were excellent.

Some facilities don't quite match the brand and price point. For instance, the toilet doesn't have an auto-flush feature, and the hairdryer looks like it's from the last century. However, the service, by Hong Kong standards, is pretty good; the staff are well-trained. We primarily chose this hotel for its convenient location in Wan Chai, but overall, it wasn't great value for money.

They gave us so many desserts, how lovely! I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here; almost every time I visit Hong Kong Island, I choose this place. The bed is super comfortable and the air conditioning is silent!

Facilities: Excellent. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Very satisfied. Service: Very good.

The St. Regis Hong Kong boasts an excellent location, offering convenient access to the Exhibition Centre MTR station and the waterfront promenade. The staff across all departments are incredibly warm and friendly. The Chinese restaurant, Rùn, offers top-notch cuisine and service. The hotel's decor is luxurious yet inviting, and the guest rooms are thoughtfully laid out, making for a very comfortable stay. The St. Regis Hong Kong will definitely be my preferred choice for hotels on Hong Kong Island!

When visiting Hong Kong Island, The St. Regis is definitely the top choice. The hotel facilities are probably the newest in Hong Kong right now, and the room design is aesthetically pleasing. The service is exceptional; from the doorman to the Housekeeping Manager, everyone is genuinely friendly and kind. A special shout-out to Max from Housekeeping, and a big thank you to the staff at the swimming pool for their detailed explanations and introductions. Both the pool and the gym are fantastic. I'll definitely be back to experience more next time!

This was my second stay at the hotel, and because of the excellent service, location, and comfort, my husband and I were able to enjoy some quality time together, away from looking after the kids, and truly relax our bodies and minds! Thanks to the hotel for the room upgrade and the warm welcome drinks and snacks – it was a lovely touch, and the quality didn't disappoint! The in-room dinner and breakfast were both exceptional. I hope they maintain this high standard! We'll definitely be back in the future and highly recommend it to everyone.

After deliberating for a few days about where to stay during my Hong Kong trip, I ultimately chose The St. Regis and it did not disappoint. I continue to love it as always. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable. When a small piece of wood fell from the ceiling at night, a repairman promptly came to fix it. The next day, they even sent a small gift as an apology. The housekeeping staff was also very diligent. A very satisfying stay.
