Both the check-in process and the room service were excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. It was close to my birthday, and I even received a small gift when I checked out, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The butler service at The St. Regis Hong Kong was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. However, Rùn, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant, was a bit disappointing; the presentation was beautiful but the taste was quite ordinary.

I usually prefer to stay at the St. Regis when I'm in Hong Kong. The beds are really comfortable, and the location is super convenient for getting around. If you're traveling with kids, they get a complimentary breakfast as long as you're a member. All the staff, right from when you walk into the hotel, are incredibly nice.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Exhibition Centre MTR station and also very close to Wan Chai Ferry Pier. The rooms are spacious and bright, and housekeeping does a fantastic job keeping them clean. All the staff are very polite.
