Aspire Hotel and Suites

Really clean and comfortable rooms, large enough that it felt like an apartment as opposed to a hotel room. Really comfortable beds

I already recommended this to other friends who were very happy to hear of this gem of a place to stay. From Paul at the desk to the cleanliness of the room and the room was huge. Wonderful breakfast not a complaint in the world.

I booked a room for the executive suite. I was supposed to get a king bed, and a pull out sofa bed. When we planned to go to bed, there was no pull out sofa bed. I immediately called the front desk, they only offered to send up a rollaway bed which was much smaller and uncomfortable compared to what I paid for and was supposed to have being a pull out sofa bed. They had no manager for me to speak with, and provided no discount or refund for again a room I paid for and did not get. They did not fix my problem.

I was so grateful to find this hotel for my niece's graduation. It was about 13 minutes away from the Gettysburg campus and passed some of the battlefield spaces. The room was perfect to share with my big brother. We tried the pool - which is was in the conference center next door and heated - nice treat! Wasn't sure where to find towels but we survived! The pool would be perfect for kiddos! We weren't sure if we were going to stay a second night and when we did - they found a way to keep us in our room to limit any inconvenience. The price was great and breakfast was satisfying! The coffee was also very hot - which was awesome! And there were tons of birds out front which were lovely to listen to on my morning walk. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Bar area at the Eisenhower was nice to have. Breakfast was the norm… One thing I didn’t care for was after hours they had a coffee vending machine and it was 3.75 for a cup. Normally there is complimentary coffee.

Overall staff was not very outgoing, but one did help when our key card stopped working. Room big and clean, would have appreciated more choices for breakfast, and having earlier breakfast hours would be helpful. Quiet place!

The room and lobby area were clean. The staff was friendly. The beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses were too hard/firm.

Staff worker at front desk was rather unpleasant. And we were charged an additional $25 for 2 extra hours to check out, even though we were there for the marathon.

Very nice property first time my wife and I stayed there. Unfortunately when we checked in the receptionist told us that if we would’ve went directly through them, it would’ve been cheaper than using *******. I thought ******* was the best deal? live and learn.
