Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (Quayside Wing) - Mobile App Check-In

It's my second stay in this hotel and the hotel staff of Jamie, Mary and Shannen are all very helpful in addressing my queries 😍 I will definitely stay again in the near future if opportunity arises for a staycation 🥰🥰

The parking area was clean, and I really loved having a washing machine inside the room—it was so convenient. Special thanks to Shannen for helping me when I got locked out of the rubbish room. Our key cards automatically stopped working after 11:00 a.m., which was the check-out time, but guests were still required to take their rubbish to the rubbish room themselves. Thankfully, Shannen was there to assist me.

This property really caught me by surprise, totally enjoyed my stay, I’ll definitely return.

I arrived for check in at 3pm but when I went to the given room, it was still under cleaning. I met Pearl at the kiosk/ reception area. She was attentive & quick to find another room for me. She introduced the room and the showed me the area where the washing machine & dryer that is free for guest to use. Pearl and her team, Shannen, Mary, Rome, follow up with ensuring my stay was of top comfort throughout my stay. I am impressed that the room comes with microwave and huge fridge in the room! The toilet can be a little small with a little musky smell due to the lack of ventilation. The location is right smack on top of all the restaurants & bars, be ready to bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, overall, I am happy with my stay & will book again for their service & comfort of the room.

Place was located very conveniently, and staff was super helpful. Easy to check-in and check-out as well. Nice that laundry detergent was provided, maybe housekeeping only for towels and cleaning would’ve been appreciated but it was more like an Airbnb which wasn’t bad in itself! Just a little tip, it’s not super isolated so you can hear people and music on the street! Nothing that really bothered us since the bedroom itself was a floor up, but just to know since the place itself is located on a popular night street! Thanks to the team of Mary, Shannen & Rome🙌🏻

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect! It's close to major tourist attractions, fantastic restaurants, cafés, and nightlife, making it incredibly easy to explore and enjoy the city day and night. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Shannen, Mary and Rome were friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The combination of an unbeatable location and outstanding service made this a memorable experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable visit.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at here. The staff was very helpfully especially Shannen,Edmar & Trisha for being so attentive.

Location wise, its great. Patrons at the bar and restaurants downstairs could get quite noisy, but that is out of the hotel's control. You can walk to many tourist spots here, such as the merlion. The hotel is also located nearby an MRT. Overall, a nice stay. Small room but comfortable. Staffs are available through whatsapp and reply quite quickly. Would stay here again.
