Hassler Roma

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If you're not booking a suite, I'd recommend staying away. The room was tiny, and it took forever for the hot water to come on in the bathroom. The toiletries, especially the shampoo, left my hair feeling awful and frizzy. The hairdryer was so dirty I didn't even want to touch it. The only upside might be the location, but the room itself was dark with small windows. Honestly, there's nothing else worth choosing here. If you have other options, I strongly advise against picking this place.

Pros: Convenient location, easy access to almost all attractions and shopping. The hotel restaurant service was good, with timely replacement of cutlery and napkins. Room service was also prompt when called. Cons: There were many issues. The room facilities were old, and the corners of the room were dirty. What was even more unacceptable was that during check-out, a bill was presented with an additional tip of over 1000 euros. Although it was stated that it was optional, why wasn't this mentioned beforehand? And when I chose not to pay, the front desk immediately became displeased. This made me feel that the hotel management is not professional. It felt like they were trying to overcharge. If I hadn't carefully checked the bill item by item, I might have just paid it unknowingly. I really don't like this kind of feeling.
