Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the environment was beautiful and comfortable. The kids loved the water park with its excellent facilities. We arrived at 12 PM and were able to use the water park early. The LRT station across the street makes it very convenient to get around. Plus, Starbucks is just a few minutes' walk away for a delicious coffee.

We chose this hotel because of the family-friendly water park, which is shared with the adjacent hotel. We ultimately picked the Renaissance because they offer rooms with a sofa bed. It's also very convenient to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers from here—only about 800 meters away. We had a wonderful stay overall.

I stayed with my family in a family suite at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre. The room was apartment-style, very spacious, and well-suited for family travel. The hotel's location is excellent, and the water park on the fourth floor was a hit with the kids. However, initial issues upon check-in somewhat dampened our experience. I immediately contacted both the hotel front desk and Trip.com. The platform was very proactive in helping to communicate and coordinate. The hotel also responded quickly and promptly moved us to a different room. I recommend the hotel strengthen its room hygiene quality control to prevent similar issues. For Chinese tourists who might face communication difficulties, I suggest asking for a front desk staff member who speaks Chinese. I'd especially like to thank Manager Lin, a hotel staff member at the front desk, for his help this time. Most of the hotel staff only speak English or Malay, so Manager Lin, as one of the few managers who can communicate in Chinese, took the lead in following up on our issue throughout and handled it very reliably. The apartment-style room is spacious and suitable for families. I hope the hotel will strengthen its room hygiene control, but overall, the service recovery is commendable.
