Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre

Its our second time being here. My kids love renaissance hotel so much. The kids club, the pools, the family lounge, the special arrangement! The staff all are polite and helpful, overall, renaissance are best family hotel in KL!

Good location, friendly staff, spacious room. My kid loves the water slides so much. Will definitely come back again!

The lobby was beautiful .Concierge staffs were very acccomodative.. name Adam and,Afeeq.. They helped,guide us on how to get around the KL city.. The crew from EVOLUTION were great too.. assist us to accept our F&B vouchers to use for breakfast together we did top up on the excess. The pool and kids facilities were our main attraction event of coming here.. it was great. Our room was also great.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The Club Lounge team provided excellent service throughout our visit, and the kids' facilities were fantastic, making the stay especially enjoyable for families. A special thanks to Ana for her warm hospitality and attentive service, which made our experience even more memorable. There are, however, some areas that could be improved. Several facilities appeared to require maintenance and more timely attention. During our stay, seemed like not all 6 elevators were in operational, resulting in long waiting times. Some elevator up/down indicator lights were not functioning properly, and several fixtures in the male restroom, including toilet bowls, were also out of service. In addition, the workflow at the pool bar could be improved. Service seemed inconsistent at times, with noticeable delays and a few operational hiccups. This may have been due to understaffing or operational processes that could be streamlined further. Overall, it was still a good experience, and we appreciate the hospitality provided by the staff. With some improvements to maintenance and operational efficiency, the guest experience could be even better.

Hotel location is very nice. Restaurant service was poor with a rating of 1-10 maybe a 6 only. Food quality also not 5 Star category in fact very ordinary

My family enjoyed the stay very much especially the pool and slides. My young children loved it. Location is good and near to KLCC but it doesn’t have any convenient store nearby which is a bit inconvenient.

Everything look fine and kid having fun in the pool and play area , will definitely consider revisiting again

We stayed at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a good choice for families. We also enjoyed the view of Kuala Lumpur Tower from our room, which was a nice highlight of the stay. The recreational facilities and water play area were well maintained and particularly suitable for younger children. However, there is room for improvement in several areas. While the hotel is located in the city center, there are not many attractions, shops, or dining options within easy walking distance of the property. We also found the service to be inconsistent. The delivery of our luggage took much longer than expected, and we eventually had to carry it ourselves. Housekeeping could be improved as well, as there was noticeable dust in parts of the room upon arrival. Overall, the hotel offers spacious family-friendly accommodations and enjoyable facilities for children, but improvements in cleanliness and service would greatly enhance the guest experience.
