Extended Stay America Suites - Hartford - Farmington

The grounds were nicely kept. The staff were polite and responsive. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00, we arrived at 3:30 and still had to wait for our room to be ready. We brought our dog with us. The pet friendly rooms were near the door and every time someone brought their dog out the door slammed shut, causing our door to shake. We discovered the floor was very dirty when we noticed the bottom of our feet were filthy from walking on it barefoot. We called and they did send staff to mop them. The pillows were very flat and hard but the linens were clean. Would I stay there again? No! For the price I paid I don’t feel the quality was there. We left early.

Propert was clean, our room had a few minor issues, furniture needed maintenance. Breakfast is a grab n go. Coffee and nutrigrain bar. No milk so mindful if you drink tea, coffee mate was only available. Check-in is very restricted to 3pm. With rooms having kitchens, lots of cooking smells filter through the hotel. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Would stay again.

Staff wasn't helpful and I was forced to check out because I had no towels none. they would take my dirty towels and left me with no clean ones. I couldn't shower after a long day at work and 3 different occasions I asked and was never accommodated. I had to check out at 9pm because I couldn't get any towels therefore I couldn't shower

Food was left in the fridge from the last guests. The room was so disgusting we went and bout our own blankets to sleep on top of the bed with. Everything about this place was disappointing and just gross!! For the extra few dollars, stay somewhere else!!!!

The room was reasonably priced, and the room had a lot to offer with the kitchenette.

Staff is very helpful. Rooms have frig, microwave. You'll need to ask for toaster, coffee maker, utensils and dishes as cabinets are empty on check-in. "Breakfast" is coffee and muffins on a side table at the entrance.

I unfortunately did not stay at this location as the outside was a major turn off I booked elsewhere
