Admirals Quarters Inn

We had the absolute best stay in Boothbay at the Admiral Quarter’s!! Felt so at home and comfortable and the location was perfection! Amplified x 10 by our host Jersey! What a character, but he made us feel welcomed and cared for..such an unexpected bonus to our weekend adventure. Helped with planning and reservations and we truly felt relaxed in the Inn because of him. We will definitely be back Be sure you all take care of Joey too ❤️

Perfect location and service. Room was huge, super clean and comfortable. Love the kitchen access with all of the snacks. July 4th weekend was perfect!!

This small Down East hotel overlooks the harbor and is a short walk from shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and ours had a great water view. Fresh flowers are cut from the onsite gardens regularly. Guests share additional kitchen and common spaces. Plan on spending time in the evening by the fire pit making s’mores. The manager, ‘Jersey’, was an amazing host. He gave us recommendations and helped us with reservations in town. He went out of his way to make our 40th wedding anniversary a special one. He even helped our friends surprise us with a gift from a local business. We will return again!

This was my husband and my 30th anniversary trip. Greenleaf inn and Admiral Quarters was so much more than we expected. Jersey checked us in and provided great recommendations. The room was very nice and comfortable. The view of the bay from our deck was beautiful. We had full access to 2 kitchens and they provided food for you to cook yourself or you could store your own items. Very walkable to everything. Had a fire pit every evening where other guests would gather. Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back and telling all our friends to stay here.

This was our second stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is so convenient and the available parking is a godsend! Our room was clean and comfortable, but we would opt for one with a balcony in the future, though the front porch of the Greenleaf Inn was a fine substitute! We would definitely recommend to friends and family, and hope that we can return in the future.

Location is great. Views of bay are nice. This is run as a B&B. All the properties have similar approaches. There appear no new builds. Winters are hard on these structures. Everything appears old and is constant repair.Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, very well maintained property and clean room. Confidential (not for publication): there should be glassware in the room; the door to the room would not lock from inside or outside; there was water on the floor near the door after a rain shower; there should be a non-slip mat in the shower - the tub is quite slippery; having Kleenex and bottled water in the room would be nice

Very nice accommodations -- beautiful room, and views. Jersey, the caretaker, was excellent -- very helpful and supportive. Our only negative was that when we decided to stay another night on Sunday, and confirmed that the room was available, we were charged a much higher rate than was displayed on their website. We were initially told that the management office would be calling us to discuss the rate for the extra night -- but then, without a call, we were just billed the same Saturday rate for Sunday, even though the rate showing online for the Sunday stay was well less than half what we were paying for Saturday. After calling their management office to discuss this, we were told that they would provide us with some credit -- but we still ended up paying almost twice the rate that was displayed online. We'd love to come back again, and would be happy to recommend the Admiral's Quarters -- and Jersey -- to friends and family... however, we are hesitant to do so, given how their management office handled this billing situation.

Lovely 2 night stay. We went for the budget room with not much space, but the public spaces are beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. And the views!! Thanks Jersey!
