Five-Star Bay Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Hubin Yongjin Plaza)

The hotel room was very clean. I brought my parents here for a trip, and the main reason was its proximity to West Lake, which made walking around much easier. The staff were also very enthusiastic during check-in. The room had everything we needed and was well-equipped, plus it was smart and very convenient!!!!

A super satisfying stay! The front desk staff were so kind and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart devices worked great. The bedding was comfortable. It's super convenient to walk to West Lake, and there are many malls and restaurants nearby. Getting around to other attractions is also easy, as it's close to both Lingyin Temple and West Lake. Excellent value for money. I truly recommend it to everyone!

Great location, very close to West Lake attractions and with convenient transportation nearby. The lobby has a good selection of books and comfortable sofas with charging ports, which is a thoughtful touch. The rooms are smart-enabled, with a XiaoDu smart speaker to control the facilities. The hotel breakfast is also delicious, highly recommended!

You just need to fill in your address and room number, and a robot will deliver it right to your door.
