Five-Star Bay Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Hubin Yongjin Plaza)

The hotel environment is quite good. We stayed here for several days while visiting Hangzhou. We got caught in a typhoon, so we ended up staying an extra two days at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the overall stay was pleasant, even though we couldn't go out because of the typhoon. The rooms were also very new and well-maintained. I would recommend it to my friends, and I'd stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel is very clean and the facilities are brand new, as it just opened in 2024. I've stayed here for two days now and my overall experience has been great. There are two front desks, one on the 1st floor and one on the 5th floor. You can also store your luggage here after checking out. The 5th floor also has a lounge area to relax in. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and I'll stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The hotel environment is quite good, and they have two front desks, one on the first floor and one on the fifth, so you can check in at either. Overall, the check-in experience was pleasant. The bathroom also has a wet and dry separation. I'd definitely recommend this 'smart home' to my friends.
