Hilton Xi'an

Very satisfied! Facilities: All the fixtures are brand new. The shower pressure is great and very comfortable. There's no old or worn-out feeling as some negative reviews mentioned, only understated luxury. Cleanliness: It's cleaned very well every day, and they even noticed we had a child and thoughtfully left two extra bottles of water, which was very attentive and considerate. Ambiance: The antique-style decor is in keeping with the age of the hotel, and both the kids and elders really enjoyed this style. Since we're in a thousand-year-old capital, of course, we want to stay in a hotel with historical charm! There's a bronze carriage in the lobby and Tang Sancai pottery in the room, giving a feeling of traveling back 5000 years. My child even said our hotel is like a museum! Service: From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was smiling and had an excellent attitude.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The environment is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The breakfast selection is also varied. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Hilton in Xi'an's High-tech Zone last month, and the room facilities were quite comfortable. This time, I chose Hilton again, and what stood out even more than last time was the service. The lobby was brighter this time, and the service was warm and welcoming. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out, which was a nice touch. It was a great experience, and I felt like I grew from it.

The hotel decor is a bit outdated, and the bed is on the softer side. Everything else was okay, but the breakfast was indeed very mediocre!

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, from the service to the decor – highly recommend! My strong feelings are definitely due to the contrast with other experiences. (😂) Let me specifically highlight the breakfast buffet: a warm welcome, guided to our seats, and asked if we'd like coffee or tea. When we headed for the 'shui pen niu rou' (a local beef dish), a staff member immediately came over to assist us. The buffet spread was incredibly generous, offering both local specialties for visitors to experience and other regional delicacies like 'jianbing' (savory pancakes)!

Beyond its great location, the hotel was pretty average. They really need to improve their service management. Check-in was frustrating, and check-out left me just as annoyed. I didn't even bother arguing with them.

Let's put aside the other things; it's pretty standard. Dining is convenient. Let's talk about the downsides: the slippers are worse than those in budget hotels, and so are the towels. The value for money is decent, and the service is good. The gym has external personal trainers coaching people. The sofa is dirty and old, and the pillows are terrible. On the other hand, the service is relatively good.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and met Hilton's usual standards. The hotel's central location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere.
