Great first impression in Rosario Arrived late as the flight was delayed. Gonzalo was so helpful and we were quickly checked in and in our room. Very clean. Lovely room

I have stayed at plenty of Mercure hotels around the world, mainly in Europe. I love the brand and I think it provides great value for the price. This hotel is no exception. Yeh, I might not be as glamorous as the other big hotel chains in Rosario but it's reliable, has a great location (specially if you work on the north end of the city) and you get what you paid for. I read some other negative reviews but that was not our experience at all. Good job Mercure Rosario, we'll be back!

The Hotel is a 10, totally recommended to stay. But the Spa can improve a lot. Bad attention, bad cleaning. They even hang up when booking appointments for massages. The snack service that it includes could also be a little more varied than just bills.
