انتبهوا لحقائبكم عند مغادرة المنتجع للأسف تعرضت حقيبتي للفتح وسرقة بعض محتوياتها خلال نقلها من الفيلا الى المطار، أنصح بفحص محتويات حقائبكم فور استلامها من السيارة التي تقلكم من المنتجع الى المطار Unfortunately, my travel bag was opened and some of its contents were stolen while it was being transported from the villa to the airport. I strongly recommend checking your bags and their contents immediately upon receiving them from the vehicle transporting you from the resort to the airport.

Our stay at Nujuma, a Ritz Carlton Reserve was truly exceptional from start to finish. We booked the two-bedroom overwater villa, and every detail was beyond beautiful the design, privacy, service, atmosphere, and the stunning views of the Red Sea. A special thank you to Mali, who truly made our stay even more memorable with his kindness, care, and exceptional hospitality. The hospitality overall was outstanding, and the entire experience felt peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it is definitely one of the most special destinations in Saudi Arabia ✨

‏Honestly, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at 👌 The resort is extremely well-organized and spotlessly clean, and you can tell that a lot of effort has gone into every detail. The service is outstanding—the staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and any request is handled quickly and efficiently. I would also like to give special thanks to Hatem, Ohoud, and Riyaj for their professional attitude and attention to detail—they truly made a difference in our experience. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained, whether it’s the pools, seating areas, or other amenities—everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a truly worthwhile experience that I would definitely repeat 👍
