The hotel is quite old and the facilities haven't been updated. It's easily confused with another newly opened hotel. There was no hot water on the night of my arrival, and it took quite a while to come back on. Fortunately, though, I managed to see the Northern Lights that night.

Extremely satisfied! I'll definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends. Everything was so convenient, especially the breakfast which was incredibly rich and provided enough energy for the whole day. The price I got through Trip.com completely beat *********** 👍

A hotel that has really mastered the art of hospitality. It's very close to the cruise terminal, and the lobby offers unlimited hot water and coffee, plus plenty of seating to pass the time after checking out. It's also conveniently close to several large supermarkets for shopping, Sport1, and various restaurants—probably partly because the town itself isn't very large. In a way, it really lifted our spirits after dealing with continuous rainy weather, allowing us to browse the shops and enjoy some instant noodles in comfort.

Overall good hotel. Bed is nice. but the view from my room is not nice. it is not facing the mountain as advertised. Hotel car park was not available even though I arrive much early. the reception said its been fully booked and I have to find somewhere to park ( it was raining). the car park fee on the street is expensive. so be cautious before you book

The room was a bit small, but after landing in heavy rain and wind, I had a wonderfully hot shower. The breakfast was fantastic, and the environment was pleasant. It was a little annoying, though, that the ********* lady at the next table dropped food on the floor and didn't clean it up, haha. The white cheese was delicious, and the salmon was fresh. A great start to Lofoten!

The room was spacious and bright, with a beautiful view of the church right outside the window. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the pier and also convenient for public transportation. The breakfast was incredibly rich and absolutely fantastic!!!

This hotel is much larger than the one I stayed at in Oslo. When I arrived in the evening, there was a long line for check-in, but it moved quickly. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The view from the hotel window, as shown in the picture, was also fantastic.
