Lanzhou Xiguan Shizi Zhongshan Bridge UrCove by Hyatt Hotel

This is my second stay at Atour Hotel Lanzhou, and just like last year, the quality remains excellent. The service is fantastic! 👍 Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

The hotel is located near Zhongshan Bridge. It's lively outside, but the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Subway and bus stops are conveniently right at the doorstep. Lanzhou has great food, I'll definitely come back!

Traveling with my family, including elders and children, the stay was incredibly comfortable and the service was exceptionally attentive.

The hotel is very close to the subway exit, making it convenient for getting around. It's also just about a 5-minute walk to Zhongshan Bridge. This is a great choice for those who enjoy night strolls (just don't drive!). The room we booked was quite spacious, equipped with a smart assistant (Xiaodu), a Dyson hairdryer, and a capsule coffee machine, which pretty much covered all our daily needs. The hotel's ground floor has delicious drinks, and there are plenty of food options right outside. Highly recommended! Breakfast was decent, with tasty beef noodles, coffee, and steamed buns. I especially recommend the egg and fermented glutinous rice soup!

After checking in, we went out and didn't get back until after 11 PM. The family room's bathroom had a strong smell of urine, and the toilet seat was stained with it. I almost threw up as soon as I walked in. The photos were taken after wiping it three times, but the urine stains in the crevices kept assaulting my nostrils. If it wasn't so late, I would have definitely switched hotels that very day.

The room was clean and tidy, which was very comfortable to see. The transportation was very convenient, close to Zhongshan Bridge, Muta Lane, Dazhong Lane, Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, and Zhengning Road Night Market. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was very fast. The stay was very pleasant, and it's my first choice for travel.

The hotel's location is excellent, quite close to the subway station, and there are plenty of great food options nearby. Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River are also within walking distance. The staff were very kind and even gave us complimentary welcome fruit, and the small flat peaches were unexpectedly delicious! The only thing I think could be improved is the smart toilet; the flushing sound was too loud.

The location is fantastic, right near Zhongshan Iron Bridge, and there are plenty of great food options nearby. The service was also excellent.

1. The hotel is brand new and ideally located, with attractions, restaurants, and transportation all incredibly convenient. I highly recommend the Xiaoxihu Chuntai Hand-Pulled Noodles across the street, the Xiehe Beef Noodles at the corner, and the Xinyue Store next door (their cakes are delicious). 2. The family room exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and clean, with a well-designed wet and dry separation. We loved the smart toilet in the room, and the shower head provided ample yet gentle water flow. The toiletries were high-quality, and the hairdryer was powerful and easy to use. Every detail made our stay comfortable. 3. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the gentleman who brought water was very polite. We also received complimentary welcome fruit, making us feel right at home. 4. Although the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was thoughtfully prepared, with different dishes offered each day. We stayed for three nights and were pleasantly surprised every morning. 5. There's a coffee bar on the ground floor of the hotel. The only downsides are that there's only one elevator and no parking available, but getting a taxi is very easy.
