1. Great location, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. 2. The gentleman at the front desk without glasses was very friendly. 3. Housekeeping refilled the humidifier when cleaning the room, which was a nice touch! 👍🏻

The location is fantastic! The subway is right around the corner, only 5 stops to West Station and 3 stops to the Gansu Provincial Museum. Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and the night market are both a short walk away. Zhongshan Bridge is just a few minutes' walk. The airport bus line 2 drops you off, and the hotel is only 200 meters from there. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are great, the price is good, and the service is excellent. They even gave us a souvenir when we left. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had. The hotel was clean, and most importantly, very quiet. It's conveniently located near Zhongshan Bridge and right across from Muta Alley. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but it didn't detract from our stay. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel is right by a commercial district, and you can walk about 500 meters to Zhongshan Bridge to see the Yellow River night view. It's also very close to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, Muta Alley, and Dazhong Alley Night Market, making it super convenient for food and drinks. The room features smart controls with a 'Xiaodu' smart assistant and a smart toilet. What's especially noteworthy is that, given the dry northern climate, the room comes with a humidifier, which is a very thoughtful touch. Even though it's located in the bustling city center, closing the windows makes the room very quiet, so you won't be disturbed by street noise. The front desk staff (the young man) was enthusiastic and helpful during check-in. The hotel also provided complimentary welcome fruits, and even gave us a souvenir when we left.

This time in Lanzhou, I chose the Yifei Hotel at Xiguan Cross Zhongshan Bridge.🏨 👉Pros: Great location, right next to the subway, plenty of restaurants nearby, and only a three to five-minute walk to Zhongshan Bridge. The room isn't huge, but the bedding is comfortable. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofing is good. The room also has a humidifier, which is a nice touch for those traveling to the Northwest. ‼️Suggestions: I recommend adding body lotion to the rooms and upgrading the hairdryer. In the room we stayed in, the shower was semi-open without a door, so water easily sprayed everywhere when showering. This could definitely be improved. 👉The breakfast selection isn't extensive, and it's a bit less impressive compared to other hotels of the same brand in different cities. I suggest upgrading the quality control. 🌈Special mention for the service, which deserves a five-star rating!🌟

The room was spacious, and its location made it incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and sightseeing. It was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. Being so close to Zhongshan Bridge and the night market, the hotel's location is truly superb.

My stay at the Atour Hotel in Lanzhou was absolutely fantastic this time, and overall, it was a very comfortable experience. I must especially commend the front desk lady; her service was gentle and meticulous, and she paid great attention to guest feelings. She responded promptly to any needs I had during my trip and helped resolve them properly and efficiently. Her warm and friendly demeanor was incredibly comforting during my journey. When I went back to the hotel at night to get my room card, I saw “get some fruit” written on it, which was a charming touch~ The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Xiguan Cross. It's very close to popular attractions like Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River, all within walking distance, making sightseeing and dining extremely convenient. The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing in the street-facing room exceeded my expectations, providing a quiet haven amidst the bustling city. Whether you're visiting Lanzhou for tourism or a short stay, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

Our stay with two young children was fantastic! The staff were warm and professional, and the hotel's location was excellent – close to attractions, pedestrian streets, and the subway. Despite being in a lively area, it was peaceful and very clean. We really felt the local culture and hospitality of the Northwest region!

The hotel is located in the city center, making it convenient to enjoy dining and shopping. Transportation is also excellent, with tourist attractions like Zhongshan Bridge very close by. The room was clean, and the service was great.
