The service was excellent; any issues were resolved effortlessly. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes from Metro Line 6, making it super convenient to get to any of the popular restaurants on Beijing Road.

After a long search, I settled on this Mercure hotel, a brand I generally trust. The location is excellent, right at the entrance of the city center's pedestrian street, making it super convenient for food and shopping. It says it opened in 2023, but when we got to the room, it felt much older, maybe 10+ years. The facilities are a bit dated, even if they've been renovated, it still felt a bit off. They should really consider individually wrapping the towels. At night, with all the lights off, the air conditioner was incredibly loud. I actually thought it was the bathroom fan at first, but no, it was the AC. It hummed all night, constantly, which really affected my stay and sleep quality. When checking out, the front desk didn't even offer the complimentary water bottles. Honestly, the service needs improvement.

My stay was pretty good! The front desk staff weren't overly enthusiastic, but the location is super convenient, right in the heart of Beijing Road. The rooms were quite clean, and the housekeeping auntie did an excellent job cleaning, plus they delivered extra bottled water every day.
