Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Xi'an Bell and Drum Towers Dachaishi Metro Station

I chose this hotel again for my trip to Xi'an, and it seems like they've recently upgraded or renovated. I can't believe how amazing it is! We paid a little extra to upgrade to a terrace room, and it was absolutely fantastic. It has a super large private terrace, and just through the hallway, there's an even bigger viewing terrace that faces the city wall. It’s perfect for photos – I think the pictures taken here look even better than those taken directly on the city wall! The service was also excellent; the front desk staff even brought us an Americano, which I enjoyed while relaxing in the rocking chair – very pleasant. We had breakfast the next day, and it was very generous, especially the delicious rice noodles. The laundry room is quite spacious, and underground parking is convenient. It’s close to all the attractions and the subway, so we could park the car and avoid traffic. Oh, and they also gave us fresh welcome fruit. When it rained in the afternoon, the front desk thoughtfully provided umbrellas. And when we came back in the evening, there was even a late-night snack! It really is great! The room is very clean, the facilities are excellent, everything was just perfect!

This stay was a great experience. The lobby is on the fourth floor and has a lovely ambiance. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive. The room facilities were complete, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk even helped us with a late check-out. The location is also excellent, with convenient transportation. After checking out, the front desk can still store luggage, which is a big plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

First off, I was pleasantly surprised by how close the hotel is to the city wall – it felt like we were right across from it. Plus, their own terrace is beautifully designed, making it incredibly easy to get great photos, whether you're taking selfies or portraits! Secondly, the room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The cleaning staff were all really friendly and would greet you with a warm smile, which was a lovely personal touch, haha. The breakfast tasted good and had a decent variety, which I enjoyed. As for the service, the front desk staff were all quite patient and had a good attitude; they were never dismissive. It's not far from the Bell Tower, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the city wall, so you don't have to spend a lot of energy getting around. I'd definitely say this was a hidden gem of a hotel for my trip to Xi'an, and I'll be recommending it to my friends and family. Thumbs up!

I had a great experience staying here before, and this time I was upgraded to a room with a large terrace. The night view of the city wall was beautiful, and they even offered warm wontons at night. The freshly ground coffee was also quite fragrant. There's a good variety of room types, and the attention to detail is superb.

As a tourist from Shanghai visiting Xi'an, staying at a hotel under the Jinjiang Group felt quite familiar and welcoming. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the city gate, making it easy to get around. The room itself is spacious, and the bed is huge, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep, especially when traveling with kids. Overall, it's clean, hygienic, and the soundproofing is excellent. They even have a dedicated gym and laundry room, which is a big plus. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. When we checked out, the front desk even thoughtfully asked if we wanted some bottled water for our journey since the weather was hot. Such a considerate touch!

Within walking distance of the Ming Dynasty City Wall, you can open the curtains and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The free observation deck is perfect for photos. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. They even offer free supper every evening, with a different menu each night! Plus, there's a communal terrace where you can relax, enjoy the breeze, and take in the night view of the city wall.

We had a very nice, large room with a view of the city wall. The breakfast buffet was very good, although it was more Chinese than Western-style. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite their limited English skills. The daily complimentary water was also great, and very helpful in this heat. We even received a magnet as a farewell gift. The rooms are very modern and there's even a robot that delivers food. A mini-bar or a small fridge in the room would have been a great addition.
