Nanporo Onsen Heart & Heart

I stayed here for just a night! It had been beautifully renovated and was a very comfortable stay. In the evening, I had a chicken nanban set meal in the dining room.

The accommodation is clean and renovated. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is crowded because outsiders can use it. Overall, it is good, but it is far from the city.

The hotel is located in a remote area, not close to downtown Sapporo, but the price is reasonable, and it is very suitable for friends who drive. The hot springs also have special spring water, very hot, and it is a great place to soak outdoors. The room is probably newly renovated, very new, and there is also a coffee machine. But the original hotel room did not have a bathroom, which is not so convenient.

I think it was very good. It's a hot spring facility, so I understand that it's inevitable since a lot of people come, but there was an unpleasant smell, perhaps foot odor, near the entrance to the bath, which bothered me. Other than that, it didn't feel dirty, which was nice. The outlet on the desk in my room didn't work at all, so I ended up not being able to use it, but they came to fix it right away, which was nice. They also moved the coffee machine to the bedside so I could have coffee. Thank you for your help.

I think it would be better to have disposable slippers.

ホテル部分はリニューアルしたばかりなのかしたばかりなのか、とても綺麗な客室でした。受付の女性の方が少し怖い見た目で緊張しましたが、とても懇切丁寧に説明してくれて好印象でした。 お風呂は日帰り温泉施設を使えるので、のびのびとゆっくり入ることができました。朝風呂も入れます。 また、大浴場とは別で広いサウナ専用施設があり、サウナ好きの方には良いと思います。

スタッフの方は親切、丁寧でとても良くして頂きました。 が、枕に長い髪の毛が付いており気持ち悪かったです。 日帰り温泉もやっているのかスリッパがなく、裸足で館内を歩くのに抵抗がありました。
