The location was alright. The room was outdated. The bathroom had rust on the heating unit. The cleaning lady did a nice job with what she had to work with. There seem to have a problem with the septic system for the flush didn’t always flush good. When the room was booked it said the pool would be open for the season 2026. When we arrived for a long weekend for July 4th the pool was closed and stayed closed until the last afternoon we were there. It was in the 90’s every day. The air conditioning unit did work.

Room was clean, fridge and microwave, bed comfortable, quiet motel- it’s set back from the road and sheltered by trees. Picnic tables and sitting areas scattered in the shade of the trees. The pool was lovely. Some of the areas around the motel could use a sprucing up, but for the price- we thought it was great.

Clean room, clean pool, cable tv with lots of channels. Very close to downtown Bar Harbor. Next to a restaurant, ice cream shop and mini golf.Friendly and helpful front desk. We will stay here again.

Very affordable stay near Acadia. The bed could use replacement (deep sunk in spot in middle) and oddly one outlet missing it's cover.
Ice is in the office, so be sure to grab during open hours.
The showers worked well, but could be picky to get and hold temperature.
It was welcoming, though.

Such an amazing week at our stay at Acadia pines motel! We loved all the little outdoor seating areas to hang out. And a little path through the woods for the ice cream shop!

Don’t ever go here. Nothing like pictures and even the toilet was not functional and no staff was available to address this issue.

Quietly located yet close enough to everything we wanted to do
Learned from our neighbor a bout a shuttle service next door 3 days into our stay. Wish we had been informed at check in
