AW HOTEL

The TV volume is very loud even at the lowest setting. It's a problem. I can hear the sounds from the next room very clearly. It's so loud it's almost a problem.

The windows were small, the room was old, the overall facilities were outdated, and the toilet was small. Another issue was the staff's limited English; the hotel didn't provide disposable slippers, so when I called the front desk to request them, they didn't understand. Also, with breakfast ending in fifteen minutes, I was rudely rushed by the hotel restaurant staff in English. Overall, a poor experience.

It was so stuffy because there were no windows, and the bed mattress springs were very uncomfortable.

Although it is a little far from the downtown area, it is very convenient as it is only a subway ride away. There are many convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. As it is a famous hotel, it was easy to tell the taxi driver where it was.

It was conveniently located nearby, but the noise was loud. I could hear the shower and TV in the next room a lot. I hope it gets better.

This is a hotel with a banquet hall as its main structure. It looks very large from the outside, but only the 9th and 10th floors are guest rooms. The lobby is also very large, but there is no decoration or furnishing. The room has no ventilation at all, the lighting is very dim, and the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear the people in the next room talking quietly. There is dirt from feces on the toilet seat. The food in the restaurant is okay, mainly Western food, but not very high-end. Overall, it is a very bad stay.

The room is spacious and nice, but the mattress is old and feels like springs.
