Banyan Tree Macau

The room was spacious, and the hotel was very thoughtful, specially preparing lots of snacks and toys for the children. There were also plenty of complimentary drinks. My baby loved the Grand Resort Deck and didn't want to leave.

One of Macau's top hotels (right next to Hotel Okura). The room is massive, with a sofa big enough for one person to sleep on, and a private plunge pool. Both the elevator and the elevator lobby look incredibly luxurious. The in-room amenities are also top-notch, featuring a separate bathtub, a dedicated vanity, two TVs, and a mini-bar with all drinks and snacks complimentary. Even the bottled water is French Evian. After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorts you to your room and explains all the facilities and important details. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk service, provided by a Malaysian girl, was exceptional. From check-in to personally guiding me to my room and explaining all the facilities and their use, she was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, and the fresh and delicious fruit delivered daily was a lovely touch. Evian water was readily available everywhere. The room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The 31st-floor pool was sparkling clean. All in all, this is hands down the best hotel in Macau. I will definitely choose Banyan Tree again for my next visit.

The hotel facilities are complete and the staff are polite. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, with many famous restaurants nearby, perfect for a warm and romantic getaway with your partner.

Absolutely fantastic! The moment you walk in, the aroma is incredibly inviting. The indoor pool is always a comfortable 27 degrees Celsius. You can even request for the staff to drain the pool at night. I will definitely stay here again.
