Residence Inn Southington

We had a queen bed with a sofa pullout. The queen bed was uncomfortable & more like a full. The sofa bed appeared to be broken & we could not sleep on it. 2 of us got no sleep due to the sofa bed. Our phone in the room was also not working when we tried to contact the front desk. Very nice staff, but room was horrible.

Everything was wonderful but need to replace the sofa bed very uncomfortable to sleep but other than that I’m satisfied

Excellent place to stay. Clean and beautiful rooms. Good breakfast. Its our favorite place to stsy when traveling to Connecticut.

Hefty charges for pets, other hotels are much more fair. A very good breakfast, but overall the rooms are dated, a bit small, and somewhat overused. I have seen many actually LIVING here, long term.

The room above me had kids running around and making noise at 12:00 am I had to call the front desk and complain and also there was cigarette smell coming in from the bathroom vent I went down before check out the costumer servíce was great and were very helpful

There was no toilet paper on the roll and no extra rolls. The sheets were dirty. It snowed the night before, and the parking lot was not plowed. I almost slipped and fell. Finally check-in was terrible. The woman was rude and bothered by my arrival.

The property is “dated” and could use a refresh. The one complaint would be that the neighboring bar “Cadillac ranch” used parking on the weekend in hotel lot. So it made parking difficult on those days.

The cleaning guy was always clean and spoke to say hi or if i needed anything..girls at desk was friendly
