Overall, the hotel left a very pleasant impression. The room design is beautiful, especially the bathrooms, and the views are stunning. The well-maintained, lush grounds feature a swimming pool, a gym, and a hammock. The breakfasts were a particular highlight—everything was delicious and fresh, with both a buffet and à la carte options available. While there is no private beach, a free shuttle runs to the sea, which makes up for the location. On the downside, there was a minor miscommunication regarding the second bed. Upon check-in, the hotel had already placed a pillow and blanket on it, and we simply asked for a bed sheet. In response, we were told that turndown service costs 1,000 baht per night. We hadn't been informed of this extra charge in advance, so the situation felt a bit strange. Otherwise, the staff were lovely and welcoming, and everything else went smoothly. The hotel is beautiful, with a great atmosphere and views, so overall I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel location is amazing! The view from the poolside was definitely my favorite—the blue-tiled pool, palm trees, rocky cliffs, and the sky created such a soothing natural scenery that I could just gaze at it forever. The villa-style rooms were also satisfying in every way: clean, spacious, and with great interior design, making it extremely relaxing. They also offer a free shuttle to Ao Nang Beach, which was great for grabbing dinner and catching the sunset in the evening. I truly enjoyed both the hotel and the town during my stay. The breakfast setting was also lovely, allowing for a very relaxing experience. All the staff members were friendly and kind. I would love to come back and stay at this hotel again!

An excellent travel experience. The hotel breakfast was very rich, with additional à la carte options available. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, from the welcome tea to check-out. Room service was also prompt and on time. The hotel's swimming pool uses circulating water, so it's very clear. Even without swimming goggles, it wasn't at all irritating to the eyes, which I loved. The hotel's massage service was also very thorough and more professional in technique than the shops on Krabi street. Plus, during off-peak afternoons, they offer a 20% happy hour discount, which is definitely worth experiencing. The toiletries and their fragrance used in the rooms also perfectly matched the hotel's ambiance. They were very effective and smelled delightful.

The service staff are comparable to 5-star hotels, providing excellent service. They coordinate quickly and efficiently, ensuring no information is missed. Honestly, their service is even better than some 5-star hotels. As for the place itself, it's very natural with beautiful views, extremely clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant serves delicious food. Although the breakfast menu isn't extensive, everything is tasty.

This is my second time staying here. The ambiance is great, and the rooms are beautiful, clean, and very quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast looked appetizing and delicious, the staff provided good service, and the fitness center is fully equipped.

The pool view at Bann Sainai is amazing! Since it was the rainy season, the water could have been cold, but they filled it with warm water, which was wonderful. The location is a bit awkward, but the staff are super friendly.
