Отель расположен недалеко от живописного озера Науель-Уапи.В отеле есть отопление. Правда завтраки однообразные, но сытные. При отеле свой ухоженный участок, куда забегает заяц и прилетают дикие птицы.

It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The room -with a great, incredible view- was complete, very tidy and cozy. The staff members are collaborative and very kind, ready to help with a big smile. ¡Thank you for such wonderful days!

Needs renovation. Ok, but there are better options
Average hotel - needs some renovation. Service is ok, but could be better. Not very friendly staff. Asking to change the room because of noise was rejected despite having rooms available. Breakfast is ok, but boaring.

Good, but disappointed about the noise in the room
Check-In was good, but we were given a room adjacent to the elevator. There was no way to get sleep before midnight and the noise started again at 7 in the morning. The next day, we asked to change the room, but we were told that the hotel was full. Checking on the internet, we saw that for the same category there were still 3 rooms available, so they had lied to us! A big disappointment. It would have been a nice gesture to get this problem solved, since rooms were still available, but we were forced to stay in the same room again.
The breakfast offer is ok.

Excellent place, beatiful rooms and wonderful gardens. You must to visit Bariloche and this hotel. Located very close to the famous Llao Llao Hotel and the beautiful nahuel huapi lake, one of the most important lakes in the America and the world.

Too far away from everything to do in Bariloche. Breakfast is served cold and they are extremely cheap with everything! Horrible staff and management. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this hotel. We never chose it in the first place. The travel agency sold us hotel Panamericano but booked for us this crappy hotel.. My brother got sick and was throwing up and fainting every 20 minutes from spending a full day at the slopes. I asked the reception if they knew any doctor who can make house calls and we will gladly cover there fees. The stupid receptionist told me she will only make the call to a doctor if someone dies or have a heart attack at the hotel!!!! Imagines being on a vacation and someone tells you this
