The service was excellent. The triple room was spacious enough for our stay. It's located right in the old town, close to all the attractions. The breakfast was plentiful. On our last day, because we had an early flight, the reception proactively offered us sandwiches to eat in the car, which was a very thoughtful touch! 👍

It was a perfect choice to stay at Solaria during our recent family vacation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with enough room for the kids. Hotel location was convenient. Breakfast was generous, with fresh fruit, warm pastries, and hot dishes that kept everyone happy. Staff were attentive, kind and quick to accommodate special requests for the children. Special thanks to the team. The massage at the hotel was incredibly good! Will definitely be back.

The hotel is located on a bustling street with plenty of shops and dining options nearby, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet from outside traffic. However, the sound insulation inside the hotel could be improved. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was quite noticeable at times. Overall pleasant stay as all staffs are attentive and helpful. Hotel breakfast are great with ala carte orders + buffet style

hotel is right in the middle of the old quarter, super convenient and everything was generally good - we stayed at another hotel in hanoi earlier in the week and in comparison, this hotel wasn’t too great for the price we paid. Also the soundproofing within the hotel is terrible, you can hear surrounding rooms entering and existing as well as in the hallway, plus you can hear any movement from upstairs as well as the pipes sometimes. So not bad, does the job but probably could find better with better prices and useful amenities (i.e free laundry)

Very good location, near to all the food spots, massage salons etc. Hotel was clean and comfortable and service crew were very helpful and friendly. We were offered shower facility on the day we check out as the service crew knew that we are taking an overnight bus to Sapa. She was also very helpful in sharing information about Sapa (food, weather, sceneries etc). Would definitely come back if I visit Hanoi again.
