This was my second trip to Hanoi, and a friend recommended I stay at this hotel near the Old Quarter. It's very quiet and there are many restaurants nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel staff spoke a little Chinese and were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us book a spa appointment at the hotel (which came with a 30% discount!). The breakfast had a great variety, and there was an à la carte menu available (with complimentary options) – fantastic! 👍 I highly recommend this hotel to everyone (there's a swimming pool on the 8th floor).

The hotel is located in close proximity to all the shops. The female receptionist who served us was excellent. Some food was made upon request for our halal requirement. The room was also extremely clean and spacious.

Service was awesome! All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave an intro and brochure on Hanoi when you are checking in. I reached around 1030am and they allowed me to check-in at 11am. Location wise was good. Walking distance to many good food location and the weekend night market. Breakfast buffet spread was international and they even had ala carte menu to order from. The food was very delicious!

The service was excellent. The triple room was spacious enough for our stay. It's located right in the old town, close to all the attractions. The breakfast was plentiful. On our last day, because we had an early flight, the reception proactively offered us sandwiches to eat in the car, which was a very thoughtful touch! 👍

It was a perfect choice to stay at Solaria during our recent family vacation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with enough room for the kids. Hotel location was convenient.
