Tropicana Los Cabos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind.

Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from the moment I arrived. The hotel is very difficult to find, especially if you are driving. There are two separate entrances on different streets. One entrance is for pedestrians and is located near downtown, while the parking entrance is on the back side of the property along a large boulevard. The problem is that the address provided leads you to the walking entrance, not the parking entrance. There is little to no signage, making it very easy to miss the entrance. If you drive past it, you have to go all the way around again, which is inconvenient and frustrating, especially after a long trip. In addition, there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage can be difficult. The hotel was also quite noisy. People were talking loudly as early as 6:00 a.m., and there was significant traffic noise from outside, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. I strongly recommend that management provide the parking entrance address in their instructions and install clearer signs to help guests find the property more easily.

Hotel design is beautiful and the spaces were all maintained and clean. Room was spacious and decorated tastefully. We appreciated 2 large bottles of water, coffee maker, soaps, shampoo, lotion that was provided. Mattresses were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet for resting. Appreciated the common community spaces - sitting areas, game room, pool, restaurant, etc. Would love to return some day!

Friendly staff and customer service. Food was included. Location was the best. We Walked everywhere. The view of the pool and bar was pretty too

The stay and staff was incredible. The staff in both hospitality and food and beverage was beyond great. They were always accommodating and helpful in anyway imaginable. I would definitely recommend!
