The exterior pool villa wasn't particularly impressive, but the room itself was beautiful and exactly as pictured. All the staff were very welcoming. The ability to order food for 14 hours from the back house line was quite good. However, I'd suggest improving the food's taste a bit, and also enhancing the photo opportunities around the property.

Amazing weekend in Khao Yai glamping! The tent was very comfortable and spacious and it was wonderful having an entire outdoor section to ourselves. The check in process was easy and the staff were kind.

1. Personally, I found the place quite old. The actual condition was much older than what was portrayed in the promotional photos. 2. The breakfast tasted quite bad and the portion size was small, especially considering the price paid. 3. The area directly in front of the room was very cluttered with many unused items.

The hotel looks quite different from the photos, so it didn’t really live up to the pictures. The zipper on the tent I stayed in was also broken, making it almost impossible to close properly. That said, if you’re not too particular about the accommodation itself, this place could still work for you. The service was really great and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Overall, the service definitely made up for some of the shortcomings
