W Hong Kong

The room was very nice and spacious. Although the breakfast didn't have as many options as the upstairs restaurant, it was still plentiful. It offers great value for money. The Ritz on Amex was too expensive, and I couldn't use the $300 credit for just one night. A night at the W was a good choice, and it's very convenient for getting around.

This is my first time giving a hotel a bad review. From check-in to check-out, the staff were cold and unwelcoming. I checked in at 5 PM, but my room wasn't ready, so I was forced to upgrade to a room with no view, let alone a sea view. The price simply doesn't match the service. Five-star bad review, avoid this hotel at all costs!!

The location is super convenient, right at Kowloon Station. The view from the window overlooks the harbor, and the pool is on the 76th floor.

The staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean. It's also within walking distance to West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station.

It felt like the towels on the second day were just the same ones from the first day, refolded... And for this price point, the breakfast was surprisingly bad, I'm speechless.

After booking the room, the hotel's customer relations department proactively reached out to ask about my arrival time and if I needed any assistance. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruit and a welcome card in my room – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is also superb; it's less than a 10-minute walk from West Kowloon Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around by MTR and bus during my stay in Hong Kong. The W Hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Hong Kong.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel even prepared a small birthday cake for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise! Special thanks to Pauline and Laura. All the hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to any requests. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.
