We had a really lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a beautiful location, and Sai Kung itself is a huge part of the experience. The nearby beaches, hiking, kayaking and sea views were definitely the highlight of our trip. The room was comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay. Breakfast was also good, and we really enjoyed being able to use the sauna and then go up to the pool. The hotel layout is also quite convenient, with different entrances and exits, so you do not always have to walk through the main lobby to get around. There were a few inconveniences that would make the experience better if improved. The pool closes quite early at 18:00, and it also closes between 11:45 and 13:00, which felt like an awkward time because that is one of the nicest parts of the day to swim or relax. There was also no poolside bar or food service, which made the pool area feel less like a resort-style space than it could be. Another inconvenience was that food could not be delivered to the room, with hygiene given as the reason. I understand the concern, but it would be helpful if guests could opt in to contactless delivery or collect food more easily, especially given that there are cameras and controlled access in the hotel. Smoking is also not allowed on the balcony, which may be inconvenient for some guests. One small but noticeable detail was the toilet paper, which was quite rough. Softer two-ply toilet paper would genuinely make the room feel more comfortable and better matched to the price point. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, we had a very enjoyable stay. The location, facilities, breakfast, pool, sauna and nearby outdoor activities made it a memorable holiday.

Overall, my stay was great. On the first night, I was assigned a family room on the first floor facing the street, which was right next to the road and quite noisy at night. After informing the hotel staff, they immediately helped me switch to an inner sea-view room, which was handled very efficiently. The hotel's facilities exceeded my expectations. The infinity pool on the top floor is excellent for photos and enjoying the sea view. Downstairs, there's also a gym and a separate shower area. The sea view is expansive and very comfortable. The value for money is definitely there, and this will be my first choice again when I return to Saigon.

Special thanks to Front Desk Candice and Daphnne, as well as Concierge Michael - yesterday morning few hours before checkout I was not feeling well in room, Candice and Daphnne proactively offered late checkout to me as courtesy and asked if I need any assistance from them. When it's raining outside, Michael also provided umbrella to us immediately. Their service are always beyond the top and definitely I will come back visit again and again!

This was my first time in Saigon, and this is probably the best hotel in the city, a popular spot for both foreigners and locals looking for a getaway. The environment is quite good, with the beach right downstairs, and plenty of dining options within a 10-minute walk. However, the double bed was a bit small, and the pool hours were too short; it even closed for a break in the middle of the day. For my birthday, they gave me a balloon and a breakfast discount (though the breakfast was pretty underwhelming, mostly fried food catering to Western tastes, so I skipped it the next day). It felt a bit perfunctory.
